The stay was excellent! Hotel bedroom, breakfast and amenities were amazing. It is definitely a great weekend get away from Shanghai!
We got a very good package and we could enjoy water park as well as playground and game room. I really appreciated the bar which was opened late, with simple food and drinks and lot of entertainment! Our house keeper 晨晨 was also very kind during all trip.
The only thing to pay attention was the closing time of water park (5pm) and restaurant (8pm) but we found back up plan with bar!

非常好的體驗，早就有耳聞森泊親子度假酒店很棒，我同事也幫我安利了好多次（我同事去的是莫干山和杭州分店），這次正好趕上攜程有特價囤了優惠券趕緊去打卡一番!
上海過去車程大概100公里左右，我們走的滬昆，有一段路維修的比較多（三車道變兩車道）開過去就好一點了，如果自駕去的朋友們最好提前做好路程安排。
這邊的地理位置山海湖三景都有，度假車比較隱蔽，我們是開到很裏面才見到了廬山真面目，原來躲在山裡麪，地下車庫車位充足。我們是週六達，酒店checkin的客人還蠻多的，入住房間分單號雙號，前台沒有告知，導致我們問了2位服務人員後來終於找到了房間。（房間號是8***，我們以為是8樓，其實8就是個數字，房間的最後如果是單號或雙號分別在東西兩側），這點我要扣個分的。
我們住的是西翼雙床房不帶露台的，窗子能開（通風效果好），面山，山也很乾凈，都是綠樹，茶樹，灌木什麼的（因為有很多山上都是垃圾）潔具衞浴和床品也很高級舒適，我真的難得有住酒店不頭疼的（認家裡枕頭），這邊兩玩我基本是都是安枕無憂。
酒店配套了很多的娛樂活動，晚上的音樂噴泉，篝火晚會還有一些託管活動什麼因為我們自己行程安排關係沒體驗，還是玩得很開心的。配套的餐飲也不錯，菜品質量可以再提高一些。
最後體驗不錯，有機會還會帶家人再來。

非常好的體驗！很少寫評論，但是這次真的超預期。
去過莫干山森泊，網評很多都説不如莫干山，我覺得比莫干山好。
房間非常新，服務也很好，週二去的，算是淡季了，但是服務很在線，很熱情。
水世界和幻想島比莫干山的小，但是很精緻，特別是幻想島，我們家不到3歲，感覺剛好玩。
旁邊是南北湖景區，免費遊玩，風景非常好，玩的很開心。房間環境很好，很安靜，度假超適合，下次還去！

和家人一起選擇的森泊住了三天兩晚 管家小秋前一天就加微信聯繫了我們發了遊玩攻略和各種提醒 幫我們解決了早餐的問題 第二天住的船屋小秋做好房卡帶我們去換的房間還幫我們提行李 幫我們解決了很多問題 第三天的中飯也是小秋打包送到房間的 服務真的很贊很熱情 幻想島遊玩孩子非常喜歡玩的很開心水樂園也很棒 酒店的飲食也非常有當地的特色 房間設施也很新果然森泊不會讓人失望！臨走時小秋還給我們送了兩個大號的玩偶 開心的旅途結束

整體體驗挺好的，管家小樹在入住期間全程陪伴，及時幫忙解疑答惑，非常的熱情！住的船屋造型做的很逼真，兩層的loft住的很舒服，感覺船屋應該算是比較好的一個房型了，景色好，位置臨水，房間通風也好，很乾凈，小朋友很喜歡，一進去就興奮的不得了，面積很大，來回都可以坐接駁車，隨叫隨到，自助早晚餐都很好，鹹菜肉絲麪味道可以，不愧是餘華老師推薦菜品！贈送了旅拍，但是時間上錯不開就沒拍，下次有機會再來體驗一下，酒店旁邊就是南北湖，我們也坐了小火車，景色沒得説，4A級景區嘛。超值性價比，開元主打親子酒店，這點還是做的很好的。嘉興開元森泊度假樂園也是一個溜娃聖地！好評是他們值得擁有，也會推薦給身邊的朋友！

寒假帶着孩子和狗狗來度個假，酒店贈送了温泉和屹奇旅拍，性價比超高～還有邊上的南北湖景區也是令人驚喜。
首先説説酒店，親子酒店而且寵物友好，辦理入住時看到我們帶着狗狗，管家送了我們一個寵物禮包，好貼心呀，房間設施很新，因為新裝修還有點味道，配備了空氣凈化器。温泉呢比起其他地方的是略顯遜色了，更衣間真的太小了泡池也有點少，不過是送的譬如不如了。
再來説説屹奇旅拍，攝影師很敬業，很會引導孩子，大冷天的躺在地上給我們拍照，照片效果也很自然很生活。
最後説説邊上的南北湖景區，可以開車進去環湖一圈大概七公里，還可以選擇適合自己強度的山爬爬山，到達山頂景色也很不錯，晚上的落日映照在湖面上猶如一幅水墨畫。
總之，體驗感很不錯！
