我住過日本最差的温泉酒店！！！而且還是價格最貴的。應該是Tirp推薦的最差的酒店，中間存在什麼勾兑不得而且知？設備設施陳舊不堪，老化現象嚴重、房間內瀰漫著濃烈的刺鼻黴味、讓人巨烈的咳嗽且難以入睡。Tirp上標註的酒店聯繫電話根本沒有人接聽！到到酒店也十分不方便，接送賓客根本沒有禮貌完全一副無所謂的態度。與我前一天住的酒店天壤之別。除食物尚在線的外，我將授於此店最差稱號。總之Tirp在App上強推的酒店是極不友好的惡劣行為

This is an amazingly beautiful hotel perched on the mountain with lovely views. We chose to take the train to the cable car to the elevator, and I encourage you to do that too-it’s fun. BTW once you leave the cable car the elevator is out the doors to the left and across the parking lot. Our room had a private onsen that we took advantage of and loved on cool fall evenings. I have to take a moment to point out that the dinners and breakfasts, while beautifully presented and prepared, are rigorously Japanese. If sushi, sashimi and cooked fish are 3 of your food groups, then you will love this. It was hard for some in our party and the hotel was not much help with that. I would urge you to try, but perhaps have some snacks for pickier eaters. The staff was lovely and tried everything they could to make our stay pleasant. As we do not speak Japanese, sometimes this was a challenge, but that’s on us, you are after all in Japan.

My wife and I stayed for one night at this beautiful ryokan as part of our honeymoon and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautiful, the service is incredible, the food is beyond description, and the onsen so relaxing. If you are interested in sake, I highly recommend the sake pairing package available with dinner. It is reasonably priced and you get to try 6 or 7 very different sakes with each course that truly pair perfectly. Highly recommend this ryokan.

Our stay was an incredible one night experience that we would highly recommend to anyone. The room was so beautiful and the views of the mountains were spectacular. The food was very traditional and a great experience too. All the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. If you are able to spend more than one night here, you would be doing yourself a favor. Having your own personal onsen on the balcony was a very nice added bonus.

Uber and taxi are few and far between so if you want to take a car to a station book in advance or you will have to take multiple trains. The property is exactly as advertised. Gorgeous rooms. The staff was very nice and the service was 5 star. Authentic japanese experience.
