設施：硬件偏老，但有全屋藍牙音響很贊，而且別墅隔音很好。電視較小，但也夠用了。陽台看海很舒服，浴室水量温度合適。燈光可以調節大小，整體比較舒適，就是感覺床墊偏軟。
衞生：衞生很好，經常會有人員過來打掃，補充minibar。
環境：酒店很私密，環境很好，衹有成年人能進，很安靜。大堡礁很美，難忘的旅程。
服務：服務很貼心，有求必應，在酒店訂婚，還送了酒和小甜品，也幫忙訂花。早餐很好吃，晚飯點的海鮮套餐也很棒，份量超大，兩個人完全吃不完。有一個房間配一個buggy，酒店人員也隨時免費接送。
不後悔選擇了Qualia，以後還會來。

設施：比較不錯是度假型酒店，想去看大堡礁就住這了 半包酒店加上一些出遊活動 大堡礁之旅非常愉快
衞生：衞生很好
環境：在雨林裏的感覺 雖然天氣不好但是非常喜歡，每一個都是獨立別墅，餐廳配套
服務：工作人員很熱情 在酒店內以及島上接送都非常好 工作人員也會記住你 相處的非常愉快

最糟糕的入住體驗，前台经理******** ****种族歧视+侵犯隐私！

我預訂了 泳池別墅 (Pool Villa)，同行共有三人，因此提前聯繫酒店詢問是否可以 加床並支付額外費用。線上溝通過程中酒店態度強硬，基本對客人提出諮詢作出拒絕，我們決定先到酒店看看能否協調，若不行可現場預訂另一間房，只期望線下見面溝通能更順暢。
然而，一場鬧劇就此展開。
1. 前台經理********態度惡劣，一到酒店，直接問我們 第三位朋友今晚住哪裡，並越权要求我們必須先提供**另一家酒店的订单确认码** 否則不讓已預訂付款的我們先辦理入住。
2. 刻意刁難、強迫消費
* 當我們在搜尋其他酒店時，發現整個島上的酒店都滿房時，旅行社提議先提供一個臨時酒店名稱，好讓我們先完成入住手續。
* 然而這位前台經理 不依不饒，甚至要親自打電話去核實，確認我們是否真的有訂房。最後還強行要先送我朋友走還死要跟去另一家酒店去核查入住细节，我認為這已經是违反澳洲《隐私法》了，她根本一點職業操守都沒有。
* 更離譜的是，在我填寫資料時，她一直明示暗示我們酒店還有空房，可以讓我們的朋友訂12,000 CNY（無泳池）或24,000 CNY（帶泳池）的房間，強迫消費。
3. 長時間刁難，不讓入住
* 我們在大堂 被困了超過一個小時，她不斷催促，態度極度不耐煩。
*为了應付她的刁难，被迫支出5000rmb急急忙忙在別的酒店紧急订房
* 她還不死心，親自上陣要去確認，把我朋友送回酒店後，她又拒絕將朋友送到14号別墅，直接把人丟在酒店門口，還說她「還有別的事要忙」？？？
4. 歧视华人
* 我們臨走前，和另一位友善的員工聊天時，才得知 這位態度惡劣的前台經理竟然是中國人，
*华裔前台经理******** ****全程伪装不懂中文，我朋友用英文和她致歉“Sorry my English is not good”，她還敢說回应“Oh it's okay”
*這也解釋了為什麼 她能精準預測我們的每一步，因為她一直 在偷聽我們說話！
5. 退房時更加傲慢無禮
* 退房當天，姐妹完全不理我們，一句問候也沒有，問她事情，她還直接站起來走人，對我們不屑一顧，不知道的真的以為是她請我來住這間酒店一樣
總結：這家酒店，絕對不推薦！
我這次 兩晚花了 25,000 CNY，還額外 花了近 5,000 CNY 幫朋友訂房，遭受了如此差勁的待遇，破壞了我整個在聖靈群島的体驗感
這不是錢的問題，而是態度的問題！如果她稍微有點服務意識，這筆錢早就是酒店的收入了，但她偏要擺出一副 高高在上的姿態，完全不尊重客人。
我住過世界各地無數頂級奢華酒店，從未見過 如此惡劣的服務態度。這家酒店，我見人就會提醒千萬別住！
