來到這裏接待我的是前台彩虹姐姐，辦卡很有效率的，每天都會問我住的好不好，真的太貼心啦，有一種妹妹在外，倍受姐姐關心關愛的感覺，總之很暖心❤️這個古色古香的度假酒店，讓你一進去就不想出來了，鳥語花香沁人心脾，美景太多啦，自己體會吧🌷

2015年開業的天域開元觀堂，當時被公認為江浙一帶離天空最近的酒店，當時就早早種草了這家早期版本的開元觀堂酒店。開業十年後，酒店頻頻大力度促銷，史無前例的特惠價格，一家人終於來拔草了。
第一代開元觀堂（紹興大禹、杭州天域、寧波十七房）中，這家是唯一沒有二次開發的，可見業主為了給客人留下最原始純樸的居停度假體驗，犧牲了不少。這家也是三家中公區最大的，進入酒店大門即模仿了江南三進式佈局，整個酒店佔地面積不大，主樓和別墅客房分佈在小湖泊周圍，坐擁不同的山坳、園林或是湖景。高端的套房別墅藏在山林深處，客房面積大小不一，我們本次入住的水景聯排別墅上下層兩間面積相差很大。
這裏需要批評的是，在房態允許的情況下，前台沒有向我們介紹客房佈局，沒有讓我們選擇需要湖邊連廊花園連通的2間底層房間還是樓上樓下2間，入住後有向前台提出過樓上房間較小後，前台男士沒有主動提出換房或解釋，而是用職業假笑對付。
不過前台管家彩虹小姐姐還是需要表揚的，在得知房間浴缸出現爬蟲後（潮濕的山頂可以理解），主動提出贈送船票以彌補入住體驗。
酒店早餐出品很精緻，但西式餐品比較欠缺，餐廳服務人員的服務水準整體不錯。
總體來説，酒店的位置和風景，以及天域開元觀堂的整體服務水平在當前開元商務型豪華酒店以及大部分國際品牌酒店整體下降的情況下，還能有可圈可點之處，還是給予5分鼓勵，但希望酒店的部分人員的服務意識還是要加強，下次有機會再來入住。

開元集團酒店都很靠譜 這家度假村還沒來住過 湊着休假過來放鬆吸氧 沒讓我失望 非常非常非常漂亮 植物都新鮮可愛 住宿的別墅私密性也很強 湖面棧橋晚上美極了 室外泳池非常漂亮 室內泳池很乾凈 主樓功能區餐廳、健身、休閑俱全 感覺在這裏可以花一週慢悠悠玩 對有孩子的家庭也很友好 小童的體驗區、遊樂設施也很多 而且還有一些小昆蟲的科普 感歎一下開元的好服務 住宿期間遇到的每一位工作人員都是微笑打招呼 而且會有專門的工作人員對接住宿期間的所有問題 解答非常詳細迅速 給彩虹小姐姐點贊 是個值得體驗的度假村 下次帶上崽子來住

這次杭州天域開元觀堂3天2晚行程，特別開心，長者們都非常滿意，很適合放鬆度假的酒店，環境優美，空氣清新，園區還有果樹，隨手可摘，特別安逸的感覺！彩虹小姐姐服務態度友好，給安排的房間也是特別舒適温馨，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，早餐豐富，五星好評！值得推薦！

這次入酒店的體驗堪稱完美！
酒店在山上，環境清幽綠化特別好，還有很多果樹。
特別想為前台陳經理的專業與貼心點贊，從辦理入住到離店全程關懷備至，細緻入微的服務讓人倍感温暖。
禮賓車司機崔士友師傅更是旅途驚喜，主動給我們講解了酒店周圍的景色！
入住酒店前有接到確認電話，入住後陳經理主動幫我們做了延遲退房，離店時還有驚喜伴手禮，真的非常貼心。
酒店工作人員都很友好，湖邊小院早晨坐着特別愜意。
早餐最好吃的我覺得是炒麪和雞湯飯！
這次入住收穫的不僅是舒適，更是一份賓至如歸的感動，期待下次重逢！
