The hotel was average and offered no extra services. There was no one to carry luggage. I'd rate it 3 stars. I made special requests that weren't considered. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. Its main drawback was the lack of soundproofing.

Location is quite good, walking distance to the metro and West Lake. The room was upgraded. It is clean and has full facilities. As we enjoyed the promotion price this time, we will recommend to others if the price is reasonable.

Like the hotel location. Near to shopping mall and westlake. Hotel provide sightseeing tour to westlake and to surrounding attraction with reasonable price.

這家酒店真的很值得入住，打掃衞生的阿姨都很親切。
服務員帥哥美女都很親切，衹是老一輩的就。。。。
房間裏有浴缸，晚上回來就好好放鬆放鬆一下自己的身體真的很棒。
酒店附近就是西湖，還有很多夜市和shopping 。
下次還會再選擇你們家的酒店入住

If looking for a hotel near the west lake, this would be the one to go. Unfortunately they don’t offer a laundry room so if you are staying for more than a few days it’s not that convenient. Also checkout latest is 1pm compared to other hotels that might offer until later
