Beautiful and tranquil resort located near West Lake and Longjing village. The resort is in a quiet area of Hangzhou, with access to peaceful and historic trails that we really enjoyed. The staff were very kind and attentive, and the room was large and comfortable, mixing traditional and modern elements. Keep in mind that the resort is not as easily accessible via public transportation, so we relied on Didi’s and bikes to get around.
Our stay also came with a photography package with Nico and Starry which we really enjoyed. They were friendly and extremely efficient in taking and editing photos of us in traditional wear around the property.

With my girlfriend and other friends we lodged at Yagu Resort. The staff was really outstanding, careful at every details and extremely available for any requests also in English. The hotel is surrounded by nature and right next to the beautiful West Lake. The rooms are comfortable and well cleaned. The restaurant delicacies also deserve a special note. Overall highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Deefly Yagu Resort at the tail end of our trip to Hangzhou and wished we stayed here earlier and for longer. This resort far exceeded our expectations and is a hidden gem - secluded (set in a large tranquil garden with its own lake), comfortable, and luxurious. There is a good selection for breakfast. The concierge also provided free service to drive us to the nearby West Lake scenic area.
A highlight of our stay was a travel photography session offered by the hotel with Nico and Starry. Starry provided excellent professional make-up, and Nico was highly skilled in taking our family photos. We came away with beautiful photos that will be a family keepsake. Thank you Nico and Starry!

Location is interesting near nature, our room little terrace had no furniture so we didn’t enjoy it. Pool water is cold so is ok for swimming but not for relax. Room is nice, breakfast us good. We had diner in the hotel restaurant and is very good! Staff is very kind snd helpful

Very tranquil environment with traditional Chinese architecture. We took bikes to the West Lake tourist area and the 灵隐寺 pagoda. Walking around is not as convenient, so taking a bus, taxi, or bike is recommended from the hotel.
