衞生：房間和床品整體乾淨度中上。
設施：我們住在北望閣，因為離九溪更近。分在109號房間，房間面積很大，落地窗對着竹林，離門口比較遠，勝在安靜。房間內的淋浴頭是鬆動的，開水時候還好，關龍頭的時候會掉下來，有沒有考慮過砸到客人的腳怎麼辦…還好衹住一晚，罷了罷了。説是親子房（前台也説配了小童牙刷和拖鞋）但是三巾卻都衹準備了2套…
餐飲：早餐挺豐盛的。中式的餐點尤其突出，炒粉幹、餛飩、麪條都很不錯。水果管夠，很新鮮也很大方。咖啡不太好喝，當然中式的吃飽了西式就不看了😄
服務：最後説服務，是本次入住體驗最差的…我們是當天早上攜程定房，下午3點準時到達酒店check in並沒有任何提前。我們還去車庫停了車，再走到北望閣的…進入109房間後，第一個問題是minibar的冰箱上鎖了（從來沒碰到過）小朋友有一瓶葯需要冷藏，大熱天到了杭州已經快化了…於是電話讓客房部來開冰箱。令人震驚的事情出現了，我坐在書桌前工作，房門毫無徵兆地開了！沒有任何敲門的聲音，直接拿master key打開了！所幸是來了位阿姨，所幸我穿戴整齊…書桌對着鏡子，我和阿姨先打了招呼…（因為我以為她來給我開冰箱的）沒想到阿姨説她是來送歡迎水果的…於是當著我麪在洗手池洗番茄、葡萄、蘋果…乒乒乓乓拿出抽屜裏的果盆擺上…當然最後冰箱還是幫打開了…所以前廳部和客房部都不溝通的，也不知道這間房到底有無入住的客人咯？哎…
其他都還行，不介意服務亂七八糟的也能住…可能是之前被博主吹得太好了，對它期待過高

孩子也很喜歡，就是去北望閣需要從南樓坐擺渡車去，前台在南樓，健身房餐廳都在南樓。

環境很好在九溪裏，很安靜環境很好，就是親子房不在主樓，遊樂設施要坐車，帶小朋友去不方便，外賣要自己下樓取沒有機器人送，連住三晚，冰箱裏麪飲料喝了不及時補。親子房床1.8有點小。早上出去玩想把早飯拿點麪包帶走，被拒絕！酒店晚餐味道可以，就是服務不到位，桌子擦不乾淨。

酒店位於九溪風景區內，宛如世外桃源，周邊茶園、山林環繞，空氣清新。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，還有獨立陽台可賞景。工作人員熱情有禮，基本是有求必應！餐廳美食豐富，杭幫菜很地道，在酒店一共吃了三頓，早餐自助品種豐富。此外，泳池、小童樂園、寵物庭院等設施一應俱全。還免費體驗了旅拍，非常適合度假休閑！

房間很舒適，衞生清潔也很及時，帶着兩個孩子，衞生間是兩個洗手池很方便，住在北望閣，但是酒店有接駁車去南望閣非常方便，基本不用等，早餐也很豐盛
