就在西湖邊，在五一期間優勢很大。一進院子就隔離了人潮喧囂。
住宿人不多，房屋有歷史感，佈局合理。
早餐、洗漱用具、果盤看得出都用了心。
就是沒有服務人員在樓裏，如果有什麼需求，打電話有時候沒人接。但他們對人的態度都很美好，很温暖。

酒店坐落於西湖之北，葛嶺腳下，北山路旁。百年歷史的小樓曾作為1929年西湖博覽會工業館的展館之一。
酒店東向斷橋，北鄰瑪瑙寺，大門正對西湖白堤錦帶橋。自帶院落，鬧中取靜，景觀極佳。三層露台可同時遠眺保俶塔和雷峯塔，兼望西湖。紫藤、櫻花、綉球滿院，噴泉游魚，浮生一閑。
住了兩晚，嘗試了兩個房間。套房設施明顯更勝一籌，智能衞浴體驗舒適。
酒店管家式服務周到，保安大哥認真負責，各類需求響應迅速全面。早餐是套餐形式，可送餐上樓。
