中秋入住2晚，前一天會有管家聯繫，別墅房型單獨check in。訂的山景別墅，到店後升級了泡池房型，非常nice，今天杭州温度達到37℃，索性不出門了，在酒店泡泡很愜意，早餐慢悠悠吃到10點多，沒要電瓶車送，逛着回房間泡會澡，下午有個送的旅拍，額外照片要加錢，挑了幾張喜歡的，晚上去萬象城吃榮小館，車程20分鐘左右，很便利

服務超預期的一次入住體驗👍感謝主動給升級了房型。入住前一天管家溝通，瞭解入住時間段，具體需求。入住的整個過程服務都在線，管家有求必應，所有的服務人員都主動打招呼。晚上遛彎，碰到騎着電動車的服務員，都開心的招呼，像是小區裏碰到了相識已久的鄰居，一點都不生硬，不違和，這種宜居的感覺還挺奇妙的💯
