選的別墅，房間很乾凈，入住的時候給升了級，小朋友很喜歡這裏的環境，服務員都很nice，小泊車接送也都很及時，這裏鬧中取靜，別有一番風景，以後還這裏住。

今年國慶錯峯出遊，節前最後一天選擇了湘湖逍遙莊園的別墅區房間，體驗非常好，值得五星好評。
設施：別墅區房間內部裝修佈局和主樓的房間差別不大，浴缸是很大的圓形浴缸，泡澡體驗很棒，浴袍很舒服，空調沒有異味，不足之處是酒店開業已接近5年，地毯和部分佈藝傢俱的污漬已經很難清理乾淨了，建議酒店可以考慮對部分成本較低的傢俱進行翻新或者更換。
環境：酒店的居住環境在杭州算是獨樹一幟了，湘湖本身的景色優美，酒店內部的園林景觀也非常漂亮。
服務：去年我們在主樓房間住過一晚，可能因為當時沒有加管家微信，感覺酒店的服務一般。這次預訂後管家提前一天聯繫溝通入住事宜，第二天到店後為我們升級了親子房，提前準備了小童洗漱用品和拖鞋浴袍。從大堂到別墅區需要乘坐接駁車，司機主動幫忙拿行李，路上為我們介紹別墅區佈局。入住後房間衞生有點小瑕疵，管家及時響應幫我們解決問題，晚上也幫我們送了外賣和酒店的果汁飲料到房間。早上在莊園散步遇到工作人員也有主動問好，總體服務是非常不錯的，入住體驗很好。
衞生：除了前面提到的地毯和布藝傢俱的問題外，其他都很好，床品和衞生間很乾凈。
餐飲：早餐種類豐富，味道很好，有鮮榨果汁和養樂多，麪條、豆腐腦和烤小土豆特別好評。早餐可以在户外臨湖就座，湖景很漂亮。

酒店環境很好，服務態度也很好，到店免費升級了房型，酒店上空會有飛機飛過，好在房間隔音效果不錯。入住前有添加管家，會主動詢問入住體驗等。早餐沒有特別驚艷，中規中矩。想放空的時候，偶爾來住住還是可以的。

第二次來逍遙莊園了，這次住的是它們的別墅房型-香園，整個園區風景秀麗，設計很有特色，依山傍水，房間空調温度適宜，床品軟硬程度也很好，特別需要表揚管家和接駁車師傅的服務非常好，總體很滿意，下次來湘湖一定還是住逍遙莊園。

酒店本身建築設計是很好的，依山傍水。但是管理上存在很大問題，不知道酒店出於什麼考慮對於蹭拍的非住客根本不加以阻止，大堂都是各類網紅穿着各類衣服擺着千奇百怪的造型在打卡，我走到大堂正好看見一個野模在大堂側邊換褲子，褲子剛提到大腿，本來高級的度假地變得俗氣的很。如果非住客可以隨便竄那花1000多住一晚點意義就在於坐擺渡車，游泳，吃個自助早餐嗎？早餐也是排隊這個價位連點單式早餐也沒有，別墅區客人也沒有獨立就餐區域。最後就是服務入住過程沒有任何人對酒店進行介紹導覽，從預訂、入住到退房當天前2h，因為退房當天2點下午茶，一共問了三次能不能延遲退房到2點和下午茶銜接上，直到第三次才同意退房延遲到一點，一個度假型酒店就這麼急着讓顧客走嗎?如果我是週六退房房源緊張我能理解，但是我是週日退房，週日能有多少住客新入住別墅房型，綜上不推薦入住。

入住前管家提前聯繫，提的要求基本都滿足了，服務很貼心，路上遇到的工作人員都會打招呼，體驗感很好。入住時前台的小飲料種類挺多。早餐現煮的檔口很多。
