Hailing a Grab is easy, making it convenient to explore the city or get around 🛏️ Room: Comfortable and cozy with a refreshing shower ☕ Coffee pods: Delicious local flavor to brighten each morning 🌿 Balcony: Small but perfect for fresh air and sunset views 🖤 Blackout curtains: Blocked out all light — great for quality sleep 🔇 Soundproofing: Did the job well, peaceful even with city vibes outside ⏰ Checkout: Flexible timing, appreciated that they honored our preference 🤝 Staff & Regional Director: Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming — made the stay feel special. We had a small miscommunication during our stay, but it was resolved swiftly and promptly, reflecting their excellent customer care. They also provided helpful recommendations to enhance our visit. Overall, a relaxing and adventurous stay. Highly recommend for a lakeview escape with all the comforts!

Fabulous hotel in an amazing location, the staff are wonderful and so helpful. Breakfast is tasty, and the rooms are chic and comfortable. Enjoy a cocktail on the rooftop and relax!

Service is excellent. Location is good, easy access to old quarters. The only thing is that the lighting in corridors and rooms is quite dim, would be perfect if lights are brighter.
