Hotel is centrally situated amidst shopping and eating streets. It is also a 3 min walk to the water front and boardwalk. Staff are good. However, amenities are only soap, shampoo and lotion. No showercap, bedroom slippers, robes, etc. Breakfast is simple but good.

給我們安排的是副樓，副樓不在酒店內，在過馬路之後的另外一個商業街樓上！下雨天吃個早飯都要打傘過馬路，超級不方便。房間裏有一股味道，感覺就是陳舊不通風的味道，打開窗會有海腥味…
到酒店大概8:50，附近餐廳9點會官廚房的情況下，這個酒店前台騙我們説他們前台9:30要下班，所以讓我們先check in，導致我們最後啥都吃不到，衹能大半夜開好幾公里去買麥當勞
第二天早上找經理投訴，整體感覺經理就是偏袒着員工，在明知道昨天員工撒謊的情況下，就是説一下會教育的；能明顯感受到主要服務對象是白人，以及他們對中貴人亞裔態度的差異，整個酒店就我們一間中國客人；然後我們的爭執被經過的白人關注，酒店經理才答應讓員工給我們道歉（拍了一下最後個不負責任的經理名牌）

So good we returned. Wonderful Hotel in our opinion the best hotel in Hermanus. Fantastic location, wonderful rooms this time we stayed in a Sky Sea View Studio which was amazing. Staff deserve a special mention for being so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them.
