Fantastic service from the beginning to checking out! They are super attentive to your needs and everything provided was very personalised. I love it that the onsent resort is very private and it seems like they mostly served local tourist. The ocean view was absolutely stunning and it was a perfect stay! I would definitely come back again.

風景可以説是伊豆半島最好的酒店了。吃飯也不錯。温泉小鎮，山谷上的酒店。外面幾乎沒有什麼吃的東西。服務不錯。

這次日本之行體驗最佳的酒店，也是信價比最高的酒店，以後有機會在來多住幾天。酒店在海邊的懸崖上，設施很新，有設計感，房間，餐廳和温泉裝修佈置都很用心，都部是海景房，窗户是大開面落地玻璃，無敵海景一覽無餘，很是享受，餐廳的早晚餐食材新鮮，用料和裝盤都很講究，主打海鮮，份量十足，工作人員服務熱情周到細緻，酒店還免費提供熱川站來回酒店的接駁車服務，性價比極高的酒店，強烈推薦

去伊豆玩選擇住熱川去伊豆高原和伊豆急下田都很方便，熱川温泉粹光無敵海景，早歺晚歺很好吃而且每天不重樣，服務也很好。

酒店在伊豆熱川，鎮子不大衹有一家全家便利店，可以提前買好零食。酒店一層有小商店，三層有泡麪自動售貨機。
酒店15：00入住，10：00退房，一般日本温泉酒店都是這個規定吧？😃
不是每天有中文服務人員，英語溝通沒問題。
食材新鮮，沒感覺風乾……😯，黑鑽用户很少評價，剛好24號在，下圖是當天晚餐，酒店有一些問題，但總體不錯。
