The apartment hasn't been aired out for a while, there's a bit of a musty smell. I suggest more ventilation. Also, I hope the cleanliness can be improved, the sofa was covered in dust.

From the front desk to the breakfast team, service staff, bellboys, security, and even the chefs—everyone was efficient, courteous, and genuinely helpful.
