The hotel is located in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City, close to the Opera House. It is convenient for shopping and dining in the surrounding area, and there is also a wide variety of breakfast options. The only downside is that rooms facing the street and on lower floors can be somewhat noisy, so it is not recommended for those who have requirements for a quiet sleeping environment.

 The hotel is in a great location has very nice clean rooms that are large. The views are great. The amenities are excellent. The food in the breakfast buffet was five star all the way the staff was very lovely and helpful and overall great experience. We will be back soon again.

This hotel is next to the opera house and I stayed in the Hyatt before but dont really like the colonial style there. Sheraton is a modern version and facilities are very new, staff helpful and location is great.

After the renovation the rooms fixture are nicer, newer. If compare with nearby Renaissance Riverside it is better. a convenience store is directly opposite the entrance of the hotel

但正因如此，實在太太太太太吵了。樓下有露天酒吧，每天晚上狼哭鬼嚎到下半夜……
酒店本身都很不錯啦，乾淨舒適，床品非常舒服，早餐也品種多且好吃。

Absolutely perfect location, right in the middle of district 1, close to everything. The rooms have been refurbished and feel very new. They are extremely spacious and the view is quite expansive. I spent quite a while at the pool which was nice. The buffet breakfast is extremely good with a very wide variety and lots of high quality Vietnamese and international dishes. The crab pho was delicious! There’s even a fresh juice bar that juices what you choose like carrots, celery, guava, dragonfruit and more. This is one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had in South East Asia. The rooftop bar on 23f has a nice view and has a buy one get one happy hour. The service I’ve had throughout was superb. The only negative is that after I shower, strangely there are bubbles that rise up from the vent near to the toilet. But they subside after a while so it wasn’t a major issue. We had a room with two double beds which was enough for a family of 3. Highly recommend the fresh coconut and pho at the breakfast buffet.
