位置超級無敵 海景房 大陽台欣賞維多利亞港灣美麗夜景；服務非常好 親切禮貌 周到及時 微信溝通很方便；設施先進，裝修高雅，公共區域燈光風格主打暖黃光，對於我來講有點暗淡，但是總體感覺高大上。
有小廚房：電磁爐（沒有廚具），餐具（碗筷杯勺刀叉等） 烤箱（內有微波功能），洗幹一體洗衣機（沒有洗衣液），咖啡機，冰箱（有贈送飲料），贈送小食品。
注意：衞生間內牙刷梳子浴帽等用具收費，每件10港幣。
非凡體驗，物有所值！

房間可以剛剛看見維港，是開放式陽台，還比較大，吹風機是戴森的，前台比較簡陋，基本沒什麼服務，比較麻煩的地方是要到10樓才能轉到房間樓層，房間窗户可以看到麗晶酒店，酒店提示了會裝修和外拍，所以要拉窗簾，早餐還挺舒服的，

環境設施服務地理位置都很好，房間很大，海景房的風景超級棒。第一次去的朋友需要留意，酒店有前後兩個服務枱，都需要乘坐電梯到10樓，再去房間所在樓層。

Good location, very convenient for shopping and dinning to arrive just a minute using hotel lift.
Great variety choices of restaurants from food court to fine dining at K11 Musea.
Hotel guests can even taking a relaxing walk and running along Victoria harbour view.
I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay. From the moment I arrived, staff Ken Chui & Jimmy made me feel welcomed and valued, especially Ken sent me handwritten welcome notes, warm gift & thanks for his giving detailed information on my modification request of upgrading room.
Every interaction, whether with the front desk, housekeeping & dinning staff, Hotel team's dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience truly made my visit memorable.

大家都是港澳遊，建議先去澳門，再去香港的k11,因為有滾筒洗衣機，有滾筒洗衣機，有滾筒洗衣機！重要的事情説三遍。去了澳門的臟衣服可以給k11的洗衣機洗，烘乾都沒問題，很好的設備。我社恐，不喜歡和工作人員交流，他們也很剋制，親切。
對了，夜景也很美。

去年來訂的一房海景，今年帶娃來定的雙卧海景，很值，私人電梯驚艷到了，一梯一户私密性很好，樓下美食廣場颱風天部分商家也開門，解決了吃飯問題，酒店去地鐵站不要太方便，曬不到一點太陽，淋不到一點雨，下次來還會選擇k11，服務也特別棒，推薦
