It’s a bit Spartan, but the location and the views from some rooms cannot be beaten. Staff is polite and helpful. Gym and pool a bit worn but perfectly functional. View from my room was outstanding

Was upgraded to a suite with a marvellous harbour view. However, the sofa smelled a little bit mouldy. The location was good and convenient as the MTR station is just right beside the hotel, making travelling very easy.. Staff are also friendly.

Excellent location in TST, conveniently located near to 2 MTR lines, minutes walking distance to bus stops where you can take the A21 or A25 buses to HKIA, as well as to the Star Ferries terminal to cross to HK Island. Staff were courteous and patient in giving explanations. Greatly appreciate the free room upgrade. I enjoyed the fitness centre facility as well, do note you need a swimming cap to use the swimming pool. Overall a pleasant stay.

Thank you to the reservations team and the front desk check-in team. They were so friendly and welcoming, and I felt right at home. Specially, Rick and Ariel, Even overnight staffs, very friendly, Barnett and Pong. Be honest, I cannot see any passion during our check out. A special thank you to all the housekeeping staffs. You, the unsung heroes, are so indispensable. Without you, how could the rooms be so clean?

It’s been a long time since I’ve stayed at the ymca. This conveniently located hotel still provides a very comfortable overnight stay in the heart of Kowloon with great access to public transport and restaurant options. The staff is polite and helpful. Finally, the indoor lap pool is a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. We’ll definitely be coming back.

The hotel is located in some of the best real estate of Kowloon. Very pristine view of the Harbour from the Harbour view room. But the beds are nasty if you are a very heavy person or have back problems.

位置超級好！非常適合在尖沙咀一帶活動和玩耍。從機場過來的話，做A21直接到中間道站，下車以後步行個幾分鐘就到了。房間挺乾淨的，唯一就是我們入住的那個房間廁所下水道堵了，反映以後安排了工人來疏通。隔音比較差，一直能聽見走廊開關門的聲音。整體入住了期間感受下來服務態度比較冷淡，沒有很熱情但也沒有不好，可能香港人距離感把握的很好（除了禮賓部一個約40歲左右的略**大叔，站在吧枱裏面的，圓圓腦袋，一聽我們用普通話講話，臉色迅速變化，開始翻白眼，收穫在港期間的唯一一個白眼🙄，禮賓部站在吧枱外面的工作人員態度非常好！）其他也是沒有什麼特別要講的，價格合理，在這個位置算性價比很高了，房間沒有洗漱用品和水，需要自帶，下樓馬路邊就是坐H2大巴車的地方，很方便，距離k11，海港城，星光大道，重慶大廈都很近。
