The resort was very clean and pleasant, with helpful staff — Lily at the front desk and the cafeteria manager really stood out. Service was generally good, though we weren’t told in advance that swim caps are required for the pool, which was frustrating—so I didn’t swim and my wife had to pay. The masseuse also seemed unenthusiastic during our late-night booking.
Location is the biggest downside — taxis were hard to get, and a hotel shuttle or private taxi service would make a huge difference. Amenities were fine but basic: the fridge only had a few canned soft drinks, no alcohol or snacks, though water was always replenished. Breakfast was average, but the dinner buffet was good with free drinks. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff, but let down by location and a few small details.

The room was so clean , towels and amenities inside room was completely full, LILy help me to upgrade my room without asking and she help me to order food even their restaurant didn’t working, we ordered pizza and pasta was very delicious and fresh, breakfast was very good and staff are so kind and helpful❤️🌙

My second visit. This is the hotel I found for a family trip and a golf trip. The kids have a lot to play with, and the staff is really friendly and quick. Especially the desk staff actively helped us to stay without any inconvenience. It was a very comfortable trip. Thank you, Nonon 😊

really cosy stay, with great facilities. The location is a bit remote and hard to get taxi, best if the hotel can arrange shuttle to town.

Highly recommended if you are seeking remote area, fresh air, super quiet, private hot spring at balcony is the best , although choices of food is quite limited so prepare for reservation with hotel catering in advance , overall is very good place .
