隔音非常差，夜裡有幾個男的應該是喝多了在樓道或者把房門打開在那聊天，早上被家長訓斥孩子吵醒，又被人説話吵醒，我們還是住在樓道最後一間，我基本不評論，這個度假村就是每個城市都有的水上樂園+每個城市都有的湯泉洗浴中心，因為在山裡，顯的更有意思些，房價非常不值，即使加上這幾樣的票，體驗感極差！

開始給安排一個很遠的房間，可能房間通風不好，房間味道很大，帶孩子孩子説氣味很難聞，就要求前台給換了個房間，下午帶孩子去泡温泉，晚上回來用水壺燒水結果水壺裡麪都生銹了，太不能理解了，要求換個水壺等好久才送來，孩子看電視還有卡頓網絡信號不好，酒店總體體驗感不是很好.

房間比較小，週末價格也不便宜，不過送温泉門票還是可以的啦，旁邊有露營燒烤，但是要自己烤，如果她們烤完送過去還需要加50元加工費😂😂

酒店服務特別好，房間也不錯，床很軟，設施也很新，服務到位，乾淨整潔。前台穿粉色毛衣外套戴眼鏡的小姐姐給的服務特別好，業務很熟練，介紹特別詳細！景區環境很不錯，温泉相當好，無邊泉池視野槓槓的，温泉水特別清，温度正好。這個地方泡温泉很合適！這次沒訂到日式房間有點遺憾，酒店太火爆，相當不錯！下次再來泡温泉訂個日式房間體驗一下！新年裡酒店小廣場晚上的活動真是太棒了！煙花精彩、加特林氛圍感拉滿，最驚艷的就是打鐵花了，給我們開了眼界，相當相當棒！ 這酒店值得推薦，景區也有玩樂項目！
