Absolutely amazing stay here! We got an upgrade to a hot spring villa! So fantastic 🤩🤩🤩 The breakfast is very delicious with a so many different things to eat! The Hot Springs are great and perfect for relaxing! We definitely recommend staying here!❤️

這家隱奢別墅私湯酒店徹底顛覆了我對短途旅行的想象！獨棟庭院設計既保障了私密性，又將自然竹景巧妙引入。恆温私湯池簡直太治癒，泡着温泉仰望星空時，忘卻了一切煩惱。
管家小魏經理服務細緻入微，從入住時的歡迎茶點到離店時的貼心隨手記，每個細節都透露着温度。這樣走心的服務必須五星拉滿，今後會N刷的休閑放鬆酒店。

首先，房間挺大，帶私湯。環境很幽靜，泡一泡挺舒服，但是我也要吐槽一下。管家的服務極不到位，提前加好微信，就在微信上和我説了些什麼時候吃早飯，在哪裡吃就結束了。辦理完入住以後也沒人帶着別墅，我們拿着大包小包，再去找房間，然後我們自駕遊的，也沒和我們説免費停車要去前台輸入車牌號，我還是聽了別的管家和客人説才去問的，我的管家和我説叫前台輸，那時候我已經離開了前台去房間了，進了房間後，庭院裏的私湯已經放滿水了，我也搞不懂是前一批留下的，還是新放的水，總之管家服務真的一塌糊塗，全讓客人自己摸索，索性也不要管家這一説了，讓客人自己看着辦就完了，江浙滬的高端酒店我差不多都住遍了，第一次碰到這麼差的管家服務，下次不會再去了，呵呵

第一次來湖州度假，選擇了這家太湖邊上的酒店。一進門就被大大的網紅“馬桶圈”驚艷到了，可以在漁人碼頭吃個飯看看夜景。月亮灣温泉VILLA在喜來登隔壁的獨立別墅區，去辦入住或者泡温泉有電瓶車可以接送。酒店裝修雖然比較老舊了，但設施齊全，服務態度好，有管家微信及時響應。早餐豐盛好吃，還有當地特色幹挑麪和煎餅。是一次非常滿意的旅行體驗，下次再來！

雖然有些舊，但是很乾凈。早餐五一期間人不少，但質量尚可。一個大大的雞腿送給管家，管家Tina的服務沒話説，有問必答，有需求必滿足，訊息秒回。服務反饋週期很快。私湯每天換水，也很乾凈，玩的開心。

酒店是喜來登的別墅區，跟喜來登共用基礎設施，住宿有月亮温泉票，很多個池子，很愜意，位置就在月亮灣，太湖邊，漁人碼頭有很多飯店，感覺都差不多，隨便選一家，不踩雷。酒店有接駁車，響應很快，但其實走到別墅區也不遠，管家tina漂亮熱情，很不錯的體驗，就是離市區比較遠了。
