I would have given a 5 for services except there was no hot water the day I checked which made the shower I took a little frosty! And we did not get hot water until the next morning.

Stay away from this this hotel at all cost. Service is terrible, front desk only follow management rules no common sense approach. . Spent 4 nights here and I never like it. Nothing special here. This is like 1 start hotel in China. As a foreigner living in China and traveling all over the world I would stay service here is most terrible. The front desk staff don’t even smile. They are like Robot. Hate it

We were greeted with excellent hospitality and guided with care and thoughtfulness by the valet, staff, and particularly by the hotel guest services and check in specialist, Suhaib. He made sure our room was properly assigned while quickly and efficiently welcoming us. And he eased our stress with valet parking and access to the Club snack lounge. It is well worth the small price to have a relaxing environment with quality foods and beverages after traveling on a taxing, high- stress journey! The room and hotel itself are beautiful and well kept. We are grateful for this experience and the kind Marriott staff that make this a wonderful place to stay while traveling in Indy.
