After flight delays and missing luggage, I arrived at the Westin to check in at 3a feeling completely defeated and deflated. When I arrived at the check in desk, two people greeted me and went completely out of their way to cheer me up and welcome me in; Nothile and Lamant. They were so wonderful, even at that crazy hour! They had me laughing and smiling as I went up to my room. I very much appreciate their wonderful personalities and excellent customer service, regardless of the time. Thank you!

Nicholas checked us in the evening of 11/29. I inquired about a room with a view on a higher floor, he upgraded our room to the top floor with a sitting area and city view. He noted our Bonvoy elite membership status and made sure to give us the lounge details for the morning. We told him we were going to dinner at Dean’s and he shared his favorite entree. My husband and I stay a handful of times a year at The Westin downtown, we will continue to do so and are looking forward to our next time with enthusiasm. The Westin will be our go to recommendation for all.

This hotel is absolutely phenomenal!! My fave part is ten hands market! The people were so friendly and so a pleasant ! Jenny, Lori and auntie Kenya!! They need a raise ! Thank yall so much! I’m coming back just for them ! And the mattresses
