The butlers in FS Eduardo and Adrian were the best. They answered our questions fast. We got our dinner reservations made for whole week, from parties as small as 2 and big as 12 within minutes of arrival. They were friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our time so enjoyable.

The resort is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff are wonderful and helpful, especially our room butlers (Ceaser and Luis). We enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back next year.

Amazing! Such a great family vacation. Our butler Adrian made everything perfect and was so accommodating he really made the experience worthwhile. The service really is excellent there. So much to do, coffee shop was my favourite. One of the best beach vacations I’ve ever had.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Grand Palladium Select at Costa Mujeres in the Family Selection. Eduardo and Adrian had all the answers to my questions. Sometimes before I even had the question formed in my mind. Dinner reservations were taken care of for me by Eduardo and Adrian. It was wonderful to be taken care of by them.

I want to thank Eduardo and Adrian for making us spend a wonderful vacation. They are excellent hosts, we loved all the details they made for my son to have an unforgettable birthday, they made a beautiful decoration throughout the room, and the gifts they left for my son were fabulous. Without hesitation we will return for our next vacation because they were always attentive to our requests and helped us with the restaurant reservations. Thank you very much Eduardo and Adrian, my family and I thank you for making us spend a wonderful vacation.

Our best all inclusive experience yet! The food was fantastic -lots of fresh options especially seafood. The resort was beautiful, clean. And the staff were helpful and friendly. Astrid & Luis our butlers helped us book all our dinners, breakfast with the characters and told us what activities were going on every day. The kids loved the family pool (all shallow), the water park, Elsa coming to sing for us and the boat and golf carts to get around the resort. The breach was great too. Highly recommend!

Wonderful!!! Salmon, steak and soup were excellent. Came with our entire family of 14 and had a wonderful experience sitting outside amongst the stars.

Very disappointed . I stayed at Family selection with an expensive package of panaromic ocean view. Food , buggy and room service is absolutely bad
