Wonderful place to stay in Islay. Cannot say enough good things about decor, food, cleanliness, service and quick responses. Centrally located on Islay with miles of beach nearby. Super easy from Islay airport. Close proximity however I never noticed any airport or road noise. Most relaxing stay I have had in a long time. Emma and Graeme are perfect hosts!

Emma and Graeme were the most wonderful hosts!
Their property is beautiful and tasteful in every way!
The breakfast - cooked by them rivaled any fine dining experience we’ve ever had .. served on china with beautiful silverware.
The decor was tasteful and elegant

Glenegedale House is a truly exceptional place on a truly special island. It's convenient to the airport and easy to get around Islay. The home is beautiful, and the owners are lovely. The breakfasts and dinners are absolutely amazing. I would come back in a heartbeat!

I've travelled the world and this is one of my favorite places that I've ever stayed at, and islay is also well worth the visit - highly recommend.
