A female front desk staff was quite rude to us. we requested twin bed when we made the booking but they didn't inform us the twin bed room is not available until we arrived hotel. they could have at least inform us before we check in.
they said the next grade has twin bed available with additional cost of €150 per night. then we told them we got jade membership and asked whether we could have upgrade with this. they then said our membership is not eligible for this room upgrade. anyway, they offered a free upgrade to us at the end but told us we couldn't use other benefits from the jade membership , e.g. complimentary breakfast....
not sure how this jade membership works , feels like everything is not eligible and only subject to their mood

伊斯坦堡的香格里拉在博斯普魯斯海峽旁 酒店雖老保養尚可 但服務有待提高 絲毫沒有賓至如歸的感覺 房間很小絕對沒有42平 面積屬於虛假宣傳 燒水壺玻璃杯都需要問前台索要 退房打電話接行李半天不來 房間窗外的景色就是對面樓的牆（圖一） 感覺私隱很差 不拉窗簾對面直接能看到房間裏 同等價格伊斯坦堡選擇很多 這家酒店不太值得 讓人對香格里拉品牌印象大打折扣

蠻好的，價格也可以，位置也很好，就在河邊，吃完飯就可以看到大遊輪來來回回的，吃的也不錯，服務也很好

房間雖然有點老，但是維護的很好，整體白色的內部裝修也很🈶高級感。窗外景色也很漂亮，推薦有海峽景的一側。酒店地理位置不錯，出門有公交站，去獨立大街等景點也很方便。
