The St. Regis Istanbul

I had an excellent stay at this premises. Top notch service from check in to check out. On arrival I was welcomed by a polite, lovely young man called Eren Ozkaya who was so accommodating with my requests for a large room with a beautiful view, although they had high occupancy he did his best for me. Ask for his services….he’s a treasure to St Regis. I was taken up to my room by my private butler Esra ( I know so posh). He was very helpful and assured me if I needed any further assistance not to hesitate to call. My room was so spacious and so well equipped. The Spa services were excellent! Dinner at the Brasserie didn’t go well…..the service was bad. Their focus is for those dinning outside and not to much the few inside the restaurant. My salmon was undercooked but they offered me to make another choice and didn’t charge for certain items on my bill. I also had dinner at Spago on the 7th floor and they were excellent…..5 star for food and service. At check out Ercan and Eren ensured I had a pleasant stay. Anil the concierge helped me take my luggage downstairs and to my waiting taxi. At check out o was presented with parting gifts which were souvenirs from St Regis. The ambiance was amazing! I have had the best stay here and cannot wait to return with my family.
