Absolutely beautiful view, and good location in the city next to some well-known spots (including near a trolley stop). Everyone was very courteous, breakfast buffet was expansive and hospitable. Thanks for a great end to our stay in Türikye!

I had an amazing stay at The Marmara Taksim Hotel in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Taksim Square with stunning views of the Bosphorus and the city.
The room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with all the comforts you’d expect from a luxury hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight — a wide variety of delicious options, both local and international, served in a beautiful setting.
The hotel’s amenities, including the gym, spa, and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. It truly felt like a relaxing escape in the middle of the vibrant city.
I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend The Marmara Taksim to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Once I was over the gauntlet of the two Reception ladies talking about me in their own language, I requested my bags to be brought to my room, 2 hours later I fetched them myself. Some staff, like the delightful bell boys are amazing but others are really just plain rude. To clean your room, they open the door and enter, and you find them already in your room, which as a solo traveller woman is frightening. Please respect your guests privacy. Breakfast was excellent but was an additional fee to an already expensive room. Think about other hotels with friendlier, more service orientated staff. This is my honest impression.

I mis-scheduled my stay and when I tried to ask for a refund, they refused! What’s more insane is that I mis-scheduled for one day, but initially I planned to spend three there.

The hotel is excellent, location, service, concierge's attention and care. We loved the 360 view of Istanbul from the cafe/restaurant on the top floor. We will certainly return.!

Good Hotel with an Excellent location.
Rooms a little small and some cleanliness issues. A/C was not working but was fixed the next day. Room safe wasnt working in one of the rooms, and the bathroom door did not close properly in one room.
