We were treated so well here. As a platinum member, we got upgraded and also got free breakfast every day. Breakfast was so good. We really enjoyed our stay here. Spa wasn’t great so may need to skip it.

Kenny and his valet team (Sherod, Kobe, and Michael, Wann, Derron and Isaiah) were such a joy. I had some issues getting my valet code input since I prepaid, and they were all patient, collaborative, and solution seeking. I never had to wait for my vehicle even when they were busy. They were very kind in opening our doors and shutting them. Its so great to connect with people who enjoy their job, have fun, and high professionalism!

Mariah was exceptional. She went to my car twice to help with loading as I went to the courthouse. She had everything ready for me to exit quickly. This was helpful as I had to make two trips as my phone wasn't allowed in the federal court building.

Would never recommend staying here again. On our last night at this hotel, they tried opening our door THREE times . The key fob ACTUALLY opened our door and if it wasn’t for the latch at the door not letting the door go further they would’ve come in. When called the front desk to even ask how it was possible for anyone else to even have a key that opened she offered to send security WHICH NEVER CAME TO CHECK, and we decided we wouldn’t just spend the last night there because we didn’t feel safe we go downstairs and she said she was “about to call us back to say house keeping” was trying to come in…… AT 11:30 PM?!!!! THREE TIMES ?!!!! No. Unacceptable and didn’t even seem worried or tried to make it ANY BETTER for us . ANY HOTEL would’ve sent security or even tried to see what was happening. She seemed super calm and like she was part of whatever that was . It was SO SCARY and such an ANGRY situation.

On the busiest of Saturday mornings in Jackson we had reservations at the Westin. All the streets were closed off but we got lucky and ran across David. He was so nice ( we got lucky running into him, We will plan better next time ) to escort us to the front door of the hotel. A beautiful hotel it is nicely decorated with very interesting art work. The room was gorgeous and bed super comfy and plush. They have it all in one place , great bar, great restaurant and very friendly, helpful staff. Shout out to Avisha at the front desk. Also these guys probably don't get a lot of recognition but the Valet guys were very quick and super friendly. Thanks for a great stay. We will be back.
