We booked the whole property for an event and it as fabulous. The staff helps you with everything, they understand people have come to enjoy so till the time you respect the property, they don’t make a problem for anything. Food is amazingly good - kudos to the chef, managers, helping staff.

Spacious and comfortable place with Royal feel. Full of history and very beautiful architecture. Food was wonderful, Laal maas is a must try.

This hotel is tucked away in a narrow, crowded lane and is a nightmare to access. We had an early checkout and were assured multiple times (on call, by the manager, and restaurant staff) that packed breakfast would be arranged. On the day, there was no one at the restaurant or even the reception, and repeated calls went unanswered. I felt completely cheated, as breakfast was already paid for when booking. Only when we were about to leave with our luggage did staff show up with an apology. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable, especially since my husband has a medical condition. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone!

Staying at Shahpura was truly a royal experience. Hemendra is an amazing host who made the stay feel personal and welcoming. Very good experience I have with welcome and welcome drinks , the view from hotel and the heritage look, staff is very friendly and service is also good, even food is also delicious, i recommend everyone for visit atleast once.

Amazing service at Shahpura - Satveer Singh and his staff were very accommodating and they took good care of us! Good food, great interiors, and the hospitality was just splendid. We even got to enjoy the swimming pool. Must stay if you’re visiting Jaipur/ Rajasthan.
