Environment and Location: The hotel is set within a beautiful colonial-style property that offers a serene environment, with well-maintained grounds and peacocks roaming freely. Its proximity to local attractions such as the cricket stadium adds convenience to its charm.

My recent stay at the Sawai *** Mahal in Jaipur was largely comfortable, characterized by commendable service from the F&B and housekeeping departments. While the Hawamahal Suite provided a cool and beautiful setting, and the F&B department, including Chef Abhishek, Chef Ravikant, Chef Ronak, Chef Virendra, Chef Rajesh, Chef Ananay, Chef Yogesh, Chef Sanjiv and from the restaurant and IRD Harish, Priyal, and Moushmi, delivered a flawless experience, the Front Office presented considerable areas for improvement. The housekeeping staff lMr. Ravindra, Mr. Manvendra, Mr. Babulal, were prompt and attentive . Mr. Abhipray and Mr. Devender from FO are peerless , smart and dynamic . General Manager Ashadeep, a notably astute, energetic, and intellectual young professional, encountered operational disruptions due to her travel, which subsequently required her dedicated intervention. Nevertheless, she demonstrated her profound dedication to service excellence, overcoming the challenges posed by her travel and transition. I met a sweet gardener named Mamta didi and it was wonderful interacting with her . SMM has a lovely team of gardeners. The laundry team was fabulous and prompt. Over all it seems that Area Director Mr. Ashok Rathore is an irreplaceable pillar within Taj . His presence and absence can make a huge difference . Can’t ever imagine Taj and Tajness without him, he is an indispensable backbone of Taj Palaces Resorts and Hotels Rajasthan . My deep-rooted admiration and loyalty for the Taj brand remain steadfast, affirming its enduring status as my preferred and most cherished hospitality provider.

Stay was wonderful. Great ambiance. Very friendly staff. Amazing hospitality. Enjoyed the Rajastani thali. Walk around the campus was so relaxing with company of beautiful peacocks. Rajtors was really good and the driver Giridhar was very friendly and took as around also explaining about places.
