新婚旅行で利用しました。お部屋は広々快適でスタッフはとても親切でした。サプライズで飾り付けやケーキを用意していただいたり、遠方にタクシーで移動する際はサンドイッチやクッキー、ジュースなどを用意して下さったりしていただいたりおもてなしが素晴らしいかったです。
外出から戻るとナンとカレーなどの軽い食事も用意していただいておりとても驚きました。
ルームサービスも24時間やっており深夜帯にホテルに帰った時もとても美味しいディナーを頼むことが出来て感動でした。

Our stay at Oberoi Rajvilas was exceptional - starting with a shower of flowers to welcome us to the expansive property and ending with a lovely goodbye that made us want to stay longer and definitely return. We stayed in a villa that felt like an oasis. The private pool was a highlight, as were the two separate bathrooms with Japanese toilets and the spacious living area. Every detail was thought through to maximise comfort. The housekeeping team deserves special mention - attending to the villa multiple times a day and always leaving everything immaculate. Breakfast each morning was another highlight, with an extensive à la carte menu in addition to a central buffet. The regional Indian dishes, paired with genuinely warm and attentive service, made every morning feel special. The staff made fantastic recommendations and encouraged us to try multiple local dishes. The location of the hotel a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of Jaipur was also perfect - a quiet oasis to return to after a day exploring. We cannot wait to return.

This was the third Oberoi Hotel on our visit to India. It is spread out over a large area of the most exotic gardens, with around 100 peacocks roaming. The rooms are in small groups spread around the grounds. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and we honestly could not have had a better experience. The food was absolutely wonderful. One small thing - the Rajmahal restaurant, set at the furthest point from the main hotel building, is a new venture but needs further thought - it is very dark outside - so dark it was difficult to see the food. They have said they are working on it, so we are sure it will improve.

Excellent service in a wonderful Environment, we liked the Spa experience specifically. The staff was marvellous, so was the food experience at Raj Mahal. Plan some time to go to the city centre as the location is a bit outside

Wonderful hotel and gardens where peacocks roam the lawns and water features bubble and babble throughout. The staff is most friendly guided by General Manager extraordinaire Vishal Virmani. Lovely housekeeping staff including Sweta. Thank you to all until next time. 🙏

The stunning setting of the property, the landscape, the beautifully laid out rooms, the enchanting 300 year old temple and the mesmerising peacocks on the property, just took you into a place of calm tranquility and luxury like no other. A big thank you to the entire team at Raj Vilas for being so attentive to every minute detail and for being amongst the most hospitable hotel staff I have ever come across.

We were fortunate to experience a 2 night stay at the first of the Oberoi Vilas- The Oberoi Rajvilas in the beautiful city of Jaipur. The property is absolutely stunning. There are many elements which make the property unique for example there is a 300 year old Shiva temple within the property which has been preserved with all its sanctity and lots of birds including peacocks which have naturally made the sprawling gardens their home. The service as usual was exemplary and this is the only hotel chain where I find it pointless to take names because the service and warmth by every single staff is at the same extraordinary level. The food and service at the restaurant was amazing and they offered everyone personalised care. The rooms are great and extremely well maintained. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. Once you experience the hospitality of The Oberoi group you will be hooked for life!! Definitely recommended for a luxury stay at Jaipur
