I had an amazing time at the David Citadel Hotel! Everything about my stay was perfect — from the beautiful accommodation and breathtaking view to the delicious food served at every meal. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to the Manager, Manuel, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His professionalism and warm attitude truly made my stay exceptional. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to come back!

The David Citadel Hotel is lovely! It is a 10-minute walk to the Jaffa Gate of the Old City. The staff is very welcoming. We had a room that included breakfast. Lots to choose from and eggs to order. The restaurant has a nice menu. We also had club lounge access. They do offer several items. It is open from 1:00 pm- 8:00pm. The room was spacious with nice amenities. Housekeeping was top notch. The bed was a bit hard for us so they actually put a foam pad and extra duvet under the bottom sheet. Very comfortable. The room is very quiet. We were here during the High Holy days and the hotel was packed. Lots of activity going on the restaurant and reception level. For us, it was one of the highlights of our trip. The breakfast staff is very attentive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and needs met. We particularly enjoyed Said as our main server. He remembered what we drank in the morning and started preparing as soon as we arrived at breakfast. Abed Paisi also saw to our comfort and needs. Please thank them for us!

Once again, we have had the most impressive hospitality at this fabulous hotel. Amongst the many people that helped us and impressed us, Yael in reservations, and two of the most amazing waiters at breakfast. Both Samer and Samir have served us many times over our many stays at this hotel. We have never experienced such diligent, caring, friendly service anywhere. The best location in Jerusalem. I have stayed at many hotels in Jerusalem and the Citadel is by far the best. The service is impeccable and staff is very helpful. It’s so nice to return and see so many familiar faces of staff that have been working there for so many years. I get hugs and it makes me feel so welcome.

Manuel the Guest Relations Manager and Yazan the GR Supervisors personal service in making us feel welcome and looked after, and that all was 100%, makes them exceptional! They really made a difference, thank you! The hotel is perfect. Perfect location, so there really is no need for a car, brilliant service, food is exceptional, lounge is an inviting place with plentiful food. We feel this is a home from home. We are looking forward to come back soon.
