一出吉安站被吉安的雨淋的一身濕,打着滴也花了20分鐘,晚上19：00來到前台,美女櫃員貼心的問了對客房的要求, 不止很快的幫我處理好入住手續,無煙樓層,客房升等豪華房,迎賓水果都幫我處理妥當,得以儘快換下濕衣及鞋洗了個舒適熱水澡。翌日晨早為了趕搭高鐵,沒時間等快遞來提貨,早班前台美女"小尹"熱心的接下寄存要寄的物件並讓我留下個人訊息,解決了我沒法等快遞取貨的困擾。至於客房設施用品及早餐,希爾頓歡朋系列的高水平我就不必再贅述,有圖片可説明,倒是以上兩件本地美女的暖心服務,除了服務的作業標準外,更需人的內心對服務的熱誠及同理心,才是這次入住體驗最值得一提的,臨出門前“小尹"還備了水及水果,方便行程食用,更準備了會員入會卡套,更是在希爾頓歡朋系列首見的暖心服務,讓我更是喜出望外。

酒店在吉安算是高檔，衞生間乾濕分離，洗漱台夠大，就是裝修老些，電視屏幕小，電梯等的時間長了，點贊晚上送了小點心水果

歡迎水果:有送水果，不過需要注意一下，有壞的發黴的聖女果。衞生：挺好的環境：酒店大堂門口停了一排車，裝卸行李很受影響，沒人管。服務：我們有個飲料忘在冰箱裏，想讓前台處理一下，客房居然順走了。

衞生乾淨，打掃很仔細，各項設施很齊全。環境不錯，交通方便。服務人員熱情友好，態度好。酒店環境好地理位置好停車和交通方便房間配置也都挺齊全的前台小程服務好熱情有耐心整體入住體驗感不錯。入住前有電話溝通需求，有歡迎水果和晚安牛奶，入住後還給了小禮品在路上吃。這酒店住出星級酒店的軟件服務。咋呢。
