nice location, friendly staffs, the services are a bit slow at times, and didn’t feel too professional, but it made it all more charming and personal . The free bicycles are all somehow old and/or defective. But nonetheless we had a great time

五一出門給祖國母親添堵、原本三個半小時的路程硬生生開了個雙倍好運，開得陳先生都不笑了🤭關於服務：民宿管家會提前建羣，一個羣有十幾位管家，不要錯愕、他們真的都是為你服務的哈哈，從停車到接送到前台、餐飲、客房都會有相應的管家接洽；有什麼問題直接羣內反應，回覆速度都很及時；給我印象最深的是一位短髮女士，每次見面都很熱情的打招呼，微笑也很動人喲～
關於環境：沒啥好説的～就是美！每個季節都有不一樣的風景，沒去之前以為門口是綠色的大草坪，到了發現原來是一大片麥田呀，現在是金黃色的，也很出片呢；這次沒有看到江霧、留點遺憾下次再來吧～
這次唯一不足的是房間隔音有點差，樓上大概住了小朋友，來回跑步的聲音很明顯，折騰到凌晨才睡着～有點無奈呢

景色毋庸置疑確實很好，管家服務也不錯，從很多小細節上都能看出來他們的貼心和細心，但是2000+一晚的酒店，早餐真的很一般，種類少，可選擇性也很少，另外房間的床尾兩個角雖然有貼保護，但也還是很容易撞到，昨晚就是撞到小腳拇指疼的眼淚直飆，我隊友也同樣撞到了腳趾，房間的燈光較暗，投影更是個雞肋的存在，99%都需要付費才能觀看，昨晚還遇到了沒有熱水，本想吃完晚飯，泡個澡早點休息，結果從晚上8點一直等到11點，3個小時才等來了熱水，洗完澡睡覺都快要凌晨一點了，後面又沒熱水了，真的很鬧心，體驗度大打折扣，雖然酒店也給出了補償方案，但不管怎麼樣，遊玩的心還是多少受到了影響

酒店的環境沒的説，服務也很棒，提出的需求第一時間響應。餐食也不錯，餃子和蕎麥麪都很好吃。房間配連面膜、卸粧液、洗面奶都配了，沐浴液洗髮水這些還是歐瓏的。門口一大片麥田，據説過一個多月就會金黃了，到時候有時間會再去看看。

環境很棒，可以對着小麥田喝咖啡，也可以騎車出去轉轉，新安江健步/騎行道非常長，早點起床還可以去江邊看晨霧（可惜我們爬不起來）。。。酒店房間的洗漱個護用品太齊全了，泡澡也有一次性浴缸套和浴鹽。入住前管家就聯繫客人了，一切都安排得很好！值得推薦！

很早就收藏着樸宿，趁着週末氣温比較高，高鐵從上海出發來建德過個週末順便打卡酒店。服務很用心，管家建羣有什麼訴求立馬響應，驚喜的是到房間發現相框裏打印了微信頭像，歡迎賀卡就顯得很真誠。酒店不贅述了，在我的審美上，幾個房型去看了下，冬天來更推薦陽台房，視野開闊、陽光温暖。如果一定要找不足，早餐品種蠻豐富但味道一般。
