Very nice located into renovated part of tge city. Hotel is nice with good facilities. Service was to?the point, especially by the butler Kou Xipeng.

Clean and nice hotel. Very helpful staff. Nice gesture of gifting mooncake during mooncake festival period. Breakfast varieties are good too. Relaxing moment to stay here.

住過幾十家開元，第一次給差評！江浙有特色的森泊觀堂等系列我們幾乎都住過，這家是最差的！前台不專業，管家服務更是差！
訂的2日套房，有送2份下午茶，結果前台就給一份，後來自己發現再去問他們要的，不過因為規定下午2-4點，最後一份也沒用
管家提供遊玩介紹，遊船時間的截圖照片很大，結果到了碼頭沒船，問管家説是已經開走了，時間可能有浮動，然後再去看他發來的介紹，有一排很簡短的字夾在中間…衹能怪自己沒一個字一個字仔細看…然後是帶着朋友一起來的，他們訂了一晚也是套房，我朋友問管家可以延時嗎？管家説2間房間衹能延時1間！搞笑了！我們2家人家，2個名字訂的2間房，1個房間1天，1個2天，也不是同一天退房，為什麼是2選1？就是以後來這地方千萬不要帶朋友來，千萬不要幫他們介紹顧客！不然權益都是縮減的！我開元會員一直都是可以延時到2點的，而且都是人家管家主動詢問需要延時嗎，另外人家寫2點入住，但是一般1點到都有房了，這家最牛，寫3點入住，就真的是讓我們等到3點，另外我朋友那間出了問題，是3點半才拿到房間！就這種情況，延時2點還各種推託，一會衹能一間，一會説等退房當天早上看房源情況再通知能不能延時…我們因為帶着小朋友，有很多不確定因素才會提出要求，最後2間也都是準時退房的！這家衹是開元的中端系列，服務居然那麼牛，真是給開元敗好感！我們基本每個月都會帶小朋友住酒店，絕對不會再去這家！
另外這裏一樓私密性很差，落地窗如果不拉窗簾，外面路過的都能看到裏面，導致白天拉着窗簾，房間比較壓抑！地上還時不時出現爬蟲，中午打掉、晚上又出現了新的，同樣是一樓，之前住的其他開元獨棟別墅都沒出現過這種問題

酒店入住感受非常差。入住第一天下午三點多保潔來敲門 （開了免打擾）敲門兩次後保潔自行打開房門，説要送水送錯房間了，孩子正在午睡被吵醒。第二天下午三點摁門鈴來送歡迎水果（入住當天管家説有送水果時我就已經明確告知下午六點後送），孩子午睡再次被吵醒。酒店走廊煙味非常重，總有人抽煙！入住第三天孩子生病問酒店要體温計，打電話一個小時都沒有送！太差了

酒店訊息顯示營業沒幾年。不過這個設施和維護是感覺歷經滄桑了。一共開了2個房間，都有蜘蛛網，空調風口都是積灰。不少硬件都是壞的。陽台的椅子也是真埋汰。衞生條件很差。
果斷換了一家，奢小曼。距離差不多，價格差不多，設施天壤之別。
這還是個觀堂，國企投資的麼？房間硬件都沒有維護。歎氣。從未給人這麼低的評價。我已經很努力的把服務給滿分了。實在是別的再多給一顆星，都違心。抱歉了。
