衞生真的很差，之前一間房，浴室地漏還有非常明顯的頭髮，打電話給前台，給我們換了一間房，結果換了一家房，剛洗完澡出來發現浴巾都沒洗乾淨，上面不知道是油還是啥。唉

剛入住第一天，進到房間很臭，味道特別大，地面衞生也不乾淨，房間也確實很擁擠，到得快遞，拆開後放着出門玩，晚上回來就被打掃衞生阿姨拿走了，桌子上還有個價值700元還需要的標簽也被當垃圾丟了，後面衹找回快遞，挺無語的

1房間內多個插座無電，無法正常使用電器；
2門鎖存在損壞隱患，存在安全隱患。
3床頭有明顯積灰，整體清潔度遠低於行業標準
4床品濕潤潮濕，疑似未及時更換或受潮未處理
5空調運行噪音堪比"拖拉機"，嚴重影響睡眠質量
6宣傳的"花園景觀"實為敷衍設計，僅有一棵未修剪的樹木，與宣傳圖嚴重不符，還有一條鐵鏈上面有蜘蛛網。

一開始訂的帶浴缸房，跟圖片完全不符，窗户是在一樓路邊的，一打開就能跟外面的人對視，房間是有黴味的，床是四面對着牆的，超級壓抑。後面給我換了間房好些了，但我的浴缸也沒有了，説是升級了房型能看園林景觀，實際一打開窗就能跟對面客房看個底朝天，景觀要把脖子伸出去往下看才能看見。歡迎水果也沒有。隔音很差，走廊裏小孩七八點就開始鬧也沒有人管。
