這個酒店很適合親子旅行，有很多手工體驗活動和户外小童娛樂設施，工作人員態度也很好。另外體驗了安漫旅拍，預約、粧發、拍攝都在酒店內完成，全程比較輕鬆，不像在景點拍寫真那樣人擠人，酒店內的拍攝場景也很好看，沒有隱形消費，最後的成片也比較滿意。

Prior to our arrival, the hotel's attentive concierge, Veina Li, reached out via WeChat to inquire about our specific requirements, ensuring that our stay would be personalized and comfortable. Her meticulous preparation of the room, which included child-safe amenities and playful touches, demonstrated a remarkable level of care.
The hotel's vast premises and family-centric facilities were a huge hit with us. The dedicated children's area, filled with engaging activities and toys, kept our kids entertained throughout our stay. Moreover, the hotel organized various family-friendly events that allowed us to bond and create lasting memories.
The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a kids' menu that was not only nutritious but also presented in a way that appealed to young palates. We were traveling as a big family of six adults, one toddler, and one infant. Everyone enjoyed their time here. Rooms are clean with lots of amenities; buffet style breakfast has lots of delicious and nutritious options; and my two kids certainly enjoyed the kids playground, swimming pool, and various guided activities.
Shout out to Zoe (小李） who got in touch before check-in and provided great service throughout our stay.
Would recommend this hotel to family with kids.

Our stay at Crown Platz Resort Xishuangbanna was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
The food at the hotel’s restaurant was delicious, with a great variety of dishes that even our picky eaters enjoyed.
A special highlight was the complimentary photo service, the photographer was professional, patient and funny. The photos turned out beautifully. It was such a lovely surprise and a perfect way to capture our family memories.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel!!! We where with 2 families and everyone enjoyed- there is a lot of activities for the kids. And the breakfast was one of the best we ever had!!!! And the service was fantastic 🙏🙏🙏 10/10
