Excellent location and spectacular view. Staff are all very accommodating to many requests. However the bathroom is a bit run down and sometimes not well cleaned. I would stay again but I would not recommend the breakfast.

途徑入住酒店，大門左邊就是快充樁，辦理入住很快，電梯無需刷卡就可以去樓層不太安全，樓下就是ktv設施實在太爛了，貓眼要掉下來，很多地方都是歲月的痕跡，沒有大的花灑，洗澡下水堵住了，要刮鬍刀打了2個電話。

去荊州出差，最後一天退房，坐電梯下樓給我關電梯裏整整15分鐘。毫不誇張的説腿都嚇軟了，11層上電梯去1層，然後最後12層給我放出來的，期間電梯還總晃晃悠悠的。
然後好不容易出來了，其實一點沒有索賠的慾望，活着不比啥都強啊。然後氣人這前台還專門跑過來説“先生您下次來，給您升級成套房表示歉意”。真的你還不如不説呢。
半個月過去了，坐電梯還覺得怕怕的，真的要避雷這家酒店。雖然“高檔型”，但真的陳舊到不能再陳舊了，房間裏有很刺鼻的乳膠漆味道，哪哪兒也都不太乾淨。當然這些和這個坑人的電梯比起來真的啥也不是。

空調不涼，服務員不敲門刷卡就進，下午茶忘了送，離店前説好的預授權的三百塊錢原路退回，第二天打電話回去問才發現被扣了。住過最差勁的五星級酒店，沒有之一。
