酒店總體自然環境不錯。但服務屬實不敢恭維！房間射燈處凌晨四點多漏雨且處於枕頭頂，太晚本想自行解決但無果！5點多致電前台，前台説馬上安排人來處理，後續無人跟進，6點多再次致電前台，服務員説把床挪開就行！唉，如何睡覺？事情有很多種解決方式，但酒店這樣解決，絕對無法匹配五星的標準！另外，此房型內除了床沒有可以坐的地方，換鞋都要坐床上！外地來此酒店住宿人員慎訂！

下榻當天有雨，酒店有接駁車把住客送去辦理入住，再送往房間，酒店裡的中餐菜品味道還不錯，公安牛肉、炒鱔絲、豆米排骨湯都很有特色，服務態度也很好，下次來還會住這裏。

本次入住體驗感還是不錯的，擺渡大哥，酒店工作人員都很有親和力，房間也很舒適。下次再來荊州還會帶家人入住！但是入住當天的前台兩位如同沒有感情的機器人，全程無表情，感受極差。😒
酒店後面有個小童樂園，孩子可以在裏面晚上大半天，離方特也近，這個很可以。

衹要假期，我就會安排全家一起出遊，這次選擇荊州郢城開元度假酒店，從圖片看起來不錯，五一當天下午到達酒店辦理入住，因為定的比較早，3月頭就預訂了，還電話酒店和攜程備註一定把房間安排在一起，父母年紀大了，晚上住旁邊方便照顧他們，為了不分開，還特地給爸爸媽媽也定的家庭房，安排的101和102105，但是101居然單獨在最前面的一個獨立房間，出門幾步就是台階，雖然不高也擔心他們摔跤，跟前台反應説已經安排滿了，真的很無語！然後房間的硬件設施非常一般。整個衞生間居然找不到可以掛衣服和毛巾的地方，衹能放着外面的洗漱台上，而且家庭房雖然有兩個房間，但是兩個房間居然一個板凳都沒有，非常不方便，有個小露台，也是衹有弔籃，長者根本不好坐上去，後來找服務員要了兩把椅子，也是那種直背沒有扶手的板凳，第一天洗澡水温很低，估計衹有41度左右，第二天跟前台反應以後請工程師調了水温就好多了，再就是牙刷居然全部是一個顏色，不好區分，洗漱台沒有化粧鏡！早餐廳居然在一個單獨樓棟的二樓，沒有電梯，長者上下樓梯很不方便！早餐品種還行，不算多也不算少，咖啡衹有美式和意式濃縮，總體來説服務態度還行，有的細節還需要加強。優點是整個園區設計很不錯，從外觀看很漂亮，也比較大，電瓶車接送到停車場和前台！還有一個就是我們入住當天酒店辦了一個什麼燒烤節還是龍蝦節什麼的，還有人露天唱歌，其實根本沒有什麼人，感覺就是兩桌住酒店的客人坐在那裡喝酒聊天。有點破壞整體環境的感覺！整體住下來感覺園林設計很棒，但是酒店房間設計太不行，一點不人性化，沒有入住其他房型，衹是針對家庭房做出的點評！
