寬闊明亮的環境，房間與各個角落都光潔如新，對帶着長者孩子入住來講，是一個不錯的選擇。有一些設備損壞或者老化屬於美中不足。
床鋪軟硬適中，被子鬆軟膨鬆。浴缸、迷你吧、衣帽間都有配備，好評。
周邊配套設施不成熟，不過周邊有一個九江之夜的遛娃聖地，抵消了周邊玩樂不足的問題。對喜靜人士尚可。酒店可以免費停車，自駕友好。
酒店位置距離廬山北門很近，廬山一日遊的話可以選擇北門出，車程十分鐘左右。距離索道有些距離，車程40分鐘左右。
辦理入住的時候與攜程平台有些分歧，好在酒店的工作人員盡顯專業，退讓一步做出調節也解決了矛盾。前台與客房的姐姐妹妹阿姨們都和善友愛，温温柔柔那種，很可愛。
這個價格對應這樣的環境與服務，超出預期，非常推薦來九江，廬山旅遊的朋友們入住。

房間打掃的很乾凈，看的出來，酒店很用心。禮迎官彬彬有禮，從入住到退房，酒店大堂輝煌大氣非常宏偉，前台小牟非常熱情。房間寬敞户是很用心的，餐豐富味道也不錯，房間設施齊全，周邊比較安靜適合睡眠質量不高的人，非常適合度假的酒店總之，這家酒店真的是五星級的服務和體驗 ！

客房房間真的很大，在陽台可早晨觀日出，酒店南面緊臨芳蘭湖濕地公園，有遊步道，晚間也有路燈方便散步，還可遠觀廬山，酒店包含的早餐也非常豐富，客房按五星級標準，非常愉快的體驗。

這次帶娃來九江旅行，入住芳蘭湖開元名庭酒店的體驗堪稱完美，必須給滿分好評！
服務真的無可挑剔，從進門開始就感受到了滿滿誠意。前台工作人員熱情又耐心，辦理入住流程特別絲滑，還主動詢問孩子年齡，貼心提醒房間已備好小童用品。整個過程高效又温暖，瞬間消解了旅途疲憊。
細節方面簡直戳中親子家庭的心！剛進房間就發現，小童卡通洗漱套裝、小尺寸拖鞋、牙刷一應俱全，完全不用我們額外費心準備。房間寬敞明亮，配備的大浴缸還能讓孩子泡澡玩耍，加上智能馬桶等貼心配置，每一處都透着用心。
由於錯過了飯點，在辦理入住的時候向前台小姐姐打聽附近的餐廳，結果回房間沒一會兒，服務員就貼心的送上了甜品和小茶點，生怕餓着孩子。
周邊環境非常舒服，酒店坐落在芳蘭湖畔，步行幾分鐘就能到國家級濕地公園，湖面波光9粼粼，蘆葦隨風搖曳，清晨帶娃散步超愜意。

酒店離九江中心市區開車二十分鐘左右，芳蘭湖畔，廬山北門腳下。佔地面積很大，設施很新且智能，去廬山南麓的三疊泉、白鹿洞、秀峯等景區開車都不算太遠。前台很熱情，幫忙升級了景觀房，家庭旅行住的很舒服。酒店早餐對比市區的五星酒店更豐盛，泳池也很清凈，希望加強房間角落的衞生打掃，下次再來。
