九寨康萊德就像一位沒落貴族，努力維持着體面，但也無法遮掩自己衰敗，定了兩個房間，石材拼接裂縫隨處可見，玻璃膠布滿了龜裂。更重要的兩個房間的浴缸噴頭都漏水，洗個澡一地水。淋浴間的噴頭也不好用。這樣的硬件和康萊德的定位實在不符。服務方面前台妹妹和值班經理，服務很努力，保持着這個沒落貴族最後一份矜持。

這次九寨康萊德酒店之行，最驚喜的收穫莫過於遇到值班經理 Sam！原本擔心旺季入住會遇到各種麻煩，沒想到從下車那一刻起，Sam 就用專業又温暖的服務打消了我的顧慮。
在九寨的旅途多了一份家的歸屬感。這樣專業又有温度的服務，絕對值得五星好評，下次再來九寨，一定還選康萊德，也期待再次見到 Sam！

帶父母到九寨溝遊玩，酒店位置距離景區有一定距離，但勝在酒店環境好，所以我覺得問題不大。早晨起床對面的山上已經積雪了，真的是值回房費，太絕了！！！有點遺憾的就是，入住當天我們回來的太晚了，沒有預訂上餐廳的晚餐，沒吃上氂牛肉火鍋。選擇酒店時我喜歡參考酒店的早餐是否好吃，康萊德的早餐我個人認為非常值得推薦！氂牛酸奶加酒店的蜂巢蜂蜜真的太絕了，巨好吃！下次再到九寨溝，我還是會為了早餐入住康萊德～

前台很快就幫我們辦好了入住
還升級了房型，加了床
酒店的環境非常好
可以看到雪山
早餐很豐富，還有一些當地特色的食物

這次住九寨康萊德太驚艷！酒店像是藏在山林中，推窗就是青黛山景，靜謐又治癒。房間備品是百瑞多，非常高端！早餐品類豐富，酥油茶和現煮麪超地道；晚餐的氂牛肉火鍋鮮到難忘。接駁車也非常穩當。感謝SpongeBob的協助，從入住幫提行李、介紹設施，到推薦小眾觀景點，全程熱情又專業，有求必應的服務讓旅途格外暖心，下次來九寨還選這！
