ADEMPİRA Termal&Spahotel

The hotel is not 5 star. The place is old and not clean, the curtains and the kettle are full of dust, shower and balcony are dirty. The staffs are lazy, not helpful and friendly at all, no one help me move my luggage , when they show me where the room is, just wait and watch me move my luggage and just point how to walk to the room by myself. When I asked about how’s the taxi situation to airport from the hotel, how much it would be, they don’t even know. Check in time is 2pm, I arrive at 3 pm they just tell me not ready ask me to wait, not even a sorry. The room just book for myself they gave me a triple single bed, I called and ask them come to make a double bed for me because my room said it’s a double bed and a single bad, not triple single bed, the reception tried to tell me is it what is it, til I point it out my booking said is a double bed so give me a double bed, then she finally said I come to help you. When I thought there is someone help me make the bed, another staff come to tell me to change room. The WiFi is so weak in the room, anywhere in the room just 2 reception, on bed you don’t even have WiFi. You can hear your next room talking, the music from the dining area from your balcony. And this is the most expensive 5 star hotel I booked in whole turkey, is not worthy and full of disappointment, do not recommend.

Nice and clean hotel, was expecting more spa and thermal facilities. Dinner was average, breakfast good.
