第一次和家人來到這個美麗的油城克拉瑪依，選擇這家酒店整體感覺還是非常棒的，從入酒店就有前台親切的問候，辦理入住也是相當快，房間衞生乾淨，設施齊全，早餐廳位置很多，早餐豐盛，選擇性太多了，忍不住都想嘗一下，奈何肚子衹有這麼大[捂臉]，周邊出行也是非常方便，出門就是世紀公園，滙嘉時代購物中心，下次有機會還來這家酒店。

這家酒店體驗超棒！位置便利，就在市中心，周邊吃飯逛街都方便，還能看到克拉瑪依的穿城河，房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，睡得特別香。前台小姐姐熱情周到，辦理入住超快。早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯，油條是現炸的，麪條也是現下的。隔音很好，晚上特別安靜。性價比超高，下次來還會選這裏！

服務：前台小姑娘服務好還給免費升級了房型，一樓有新疆當地特色美食。不得不説一樓過油肉拌麪真的太棒了。價格實惠，肉多到吃不完。贊贊贊！早餐品種豐富！現炸的油條和米線太好吃了，老闆良心👍👍👍👍👍👍沒有預製菜，現在酒店能吃到真材實料的菜很難得！來新疆最滿意的一家酒店👍👍👍👍👍👍

入住之後發現房間地毯完全沒打掃，很臟，設施也很老舊，不人性化，客卧用的還是很老舊的排查，還不能插雙孔插座，充電位置很隱蔽找都找不到，，窗台也是厚厚一層灰，完全達不到四星的標準還一千多塊錢，太離譜了

從預訂開始就很順暢，到店後辦理入住效率很高，前台工作人員態度熱情又專業，還貼心介紹了酒店的設施和周邊情況。
房間比預期的寬敞明亮，裝修風格簡約大氣，床品柔軟舒適，一整晚都睡得特別香。衞生做得特別到位，角落都乾乾淨淨，讓人住着特別放心。衞生間乾濕分離設計很合理，熱水供應充足，洗漱用品品質也不錯。
