First time stay here and I was pleased! The front desk team was courteous and although there was a slight wait they said “I’ll be right with you” which makes a customer feel seen and appreciated. Michael at the front desk was amazing…informative and kind. I appreciated his help with navigating things to do with my small daughter. Thank you! The room was a double queen and INCREDIBLY comfy. The ever so barely noticeable city noise made for a peaceful evening of winding down in the room and a fantastic night sleep. The beds are soooo soft.

I was very impressed with this hotel. Great customer service skills; from the valet staff to the front desk staff to the bellmen; all gave great service. The shuttle service was a plus. It had limited destinations but it was nice to not have to deal with downtown traffic and parking. The view was awesome. Beds were great. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for two days. The staff were great. check-in was quick and clerk was friendly. The room was modern, clean. The HVAC worked well and noise level was low. We were on the 35th floor- A great view. We didn't eat in any of the in-hotel restaurants, so can't comment on them. Pool is OK. It is outdoors, Supposedly heated, but it felt quite cool. (But that was OK as it was a hot day). Some of the in-pool tiles are falling off. Speaks poorly of upkeep. but was was clean, pool was clean. DOWN-SIDE: It is a long walk from the tower that the rooms are in. This and parking cost are the only things that keep this hotel from being a 5-star (or circles as the case may be.) Parking is kind of expensive- $30 per day. There is a municipal lot right next door. It could be a viable alternative.

Was there for a conference. Asked for upgrade at the front desk being a Bonvoy Platinum and was provided a higher floor room. Staff at front were friendly. Bonvoy lounge had great views from the top floor, food was average but lots of snacks and drinks. Rooms themselves are pretty standard. Nothing stood out but everything seemed clean. Bathrooms lacked counter space. Coffee shop staff friendly but it lacked food options. Second floor bar was good, again friendly staff and prompt service. A good business stay overall. Wouldn’t recommend for a couples weekend as it feels very business oriented.

Just ok We got a suite for the night gor the 4 of us, there was 1 blanket. Went to the service counter and they said they were out. Bedroom window was broken and would not close. Bedroom shade was also broken and would only go halfway down. For as much money as we spent for the night the room should have been immaculate and there should have been enough blankets for us and the kids, especially since I booked ahead. Other than those couple of things the suite was nice and clean and staff was friendly.

The elevators were confusing. The ac in the room was very touchy and we were actually cold on a 96 degrees!
