Stated here for a weekend tournament and just the convenience that it's connected to the hotel is amazing. Note from the hotel to the actual event entrance takes about 10 min walk. The room is spacious with nice view of the city. The gym and the pool is really nice. Overall great stay.

Very nice hotel. Best hotel gym I've seen - spacious and tons of equipment. Staff were pleasant enough, but a few other reviews also note that with a little more effort, this hotel could be spectacular. There is no concierge or spa and not much except restaurants and other hotels nearby, so asking for insight on shops or spas, the staff just use google, which I can do. The noise is real on the highway side - I was "upgraded" but would have turned it down had I realized. I travel with a noise machine, so that helped (note to management: you should offer them to guests!) 1587 Prime was great.

Okay, so no complaints about the space or cleanliness, but the shower was wild. First of all, the minute I turned on the water, there was a horrible screeching sound. Second, and more upsetting, was the absolute jet stream of water pounding my body. It was bonkers. I had to hold my hand over a recent surgical incision to prevent damage. If the shower stream were adjustable (which I couldn’t figure out) it would be helpful for the gentler setting to be the default. I also ate at the coffee shop and the restaurant, both overpriced but decent food. Extremely friendly staff. If you’re there for a conference, expect a long, slow line at the coffee shop in the morning. Amazing views of the Kauffman Center!

One bedroom - Grand Suite: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, cotton balls, Q-tips, shower, cap, makeup remover, makeup mirror, scale, hairdryer, finally a bathroom with a reasonable amount of towel bars Robe, slippers, umbrella. iron and board, mini fridge, safe, in room coffee maker. Shower only - no tub. Plenty of easily accessible plugs. Some corridor noise in sitting room. No room to room noise. Rooms that faced the highway e.g. on West and north side of the building will have some noise from outside. Large fitness center 2 Peloton bikes, 1 recumbent bike, 1 gauntlet style stepper, 8 ellipticals, 8 treadmills, 1vrowing machine, techno gym equipment and 25 yard lap pool. Recycle bins by elevators. Connected to convention center by bridge across the street from Kaufman Center for Performing Arts. 2 blocks from downtown light rail stop. Walking distance to many restaurants and Power & Light District.

Central location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The amenities were great and the staff very friendly. My room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The water pressure for the shower was amazing. My only complaint was the noise from the freeway that runs along the side of the property. It can get noisy.

Lovely hotel. Lobby cavernous with lively bar. Level 7 has an outdoor area with bar popular with young people. Room is large , bathrooms are clean , well lit, great shower. Self parking is available right next to the hotel but we used the Valet service. There is a lobby coffee shop with breakfast & lunch options which was very good. There is a lobby restaurant for all meals.
