Location and Environment: The hotel is praised for its beautiful pier and convenient beach access, although the beach is pebbly. The sea is warm and suitable for swimming, especially in July. The pier with a bar is a nice addition where guests enjoy jumping into the water.

I have just returned from the hotel. This is my 2nd time going to the hotel and would defiantly return again.The hotel is situated 10 mins away from kemer and has easy access to the centre via bus or taxi. The food How anyone can say the food is bad at this hotel is beyond me, so please do not believe any negative reviews.breakfast 7-10 then late breakfast 10 - 11. Snackbar opens at 11pm until 5pm . There is a passitere open in the afternoon . Lunch at swan restaurant 12.30 until 2 and evening dinner 7 - 9. Then there is a late buffet which is open all night incase you get to the hotel late . The choice and freshness of the food is amazing . The drinks at the hotel.are branded and branded soft drinks . The restaurant can get busy, but the hotel.was nearly at full capacity when we're stayed. We went to the restaurant at different times and the food was hot and the choice was fantastic . The rooms We stayed in the family deluxe family swim room, which was absolutely fantastic. The swim up rooms are located in prime location on the resort next to the pools and the entertainment area. The rooms are of a large size cleaned every day to a high standard there is a double bed with sliding doors to the swim up pool .A,downstairs bathroom fridge filled everyday and tea and coffee facilities. Dressing gown and slippers are provided in these rooms . Up stairs is a large room with 2 single beds , another fridge a separate bathroom . No tea or coffee up stairs, but not required . The doors open up to overlook the swim up area. Please note is you want a swimup room there are only 6 of the family suites available plus 2 comfort swim up rooms which consist of a double bed and a single bed , but there is no upstairs. So my advice is if you require a swim up room book at the time of booking, as all the rooms were occupied. I will include photos of what you get in the bathroom, but you dont need to bring anything . Everything has been thought about . The pools and beech The 2 pools were busy but there was no sunbed wars at all and you can always find a bed . There are 2 pool bars to get drinks from and you never had to wait long to get served. The pier iscvery large and this year has had a cover put up over it, which is very welcoming . Yes you can still get the sun but also can now find shade on the pier. There is a bar on the pier and also one one the beach . The beach bar also serves ice cream . The pier was busy but we managed to find beds . The beach is a shingle sandy mix. I suggest you take sea shoes but the water is so crystal clear you can see fish .The cabanna are lovely, they come with a set menu drinks in the fridge and waiter service all day. The entertainment Huge bonus the hotel having a water park a big hit with children and families . The hotel has a pool dance that is done twice a day , they have some kind of water aerobics in the morning and I saw the blow up water slide up quite a few times in the pool for the children .
