I hesitate to write a review- because I don't want this place to become impossible to book! It's a great location, great value, and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We had a 2 bedroom poolside suite, and it was fantastic and significantly contributed to the enjoyment of our trip..

The 2 bed suite was stunning and had everything we could need. The fresh muffins, water and ice creams were replaced free of charge every day and the kids loved having free pool slushies. The pool was heated which was lovely and we always found a subbed. Mathilde on reception was lovely, with lots of recommendations. The only negative was that our signed wasn’t made up when we’d asked it to be so we had to find the linen to do this. The free drink at the Tipsy Rooster was great and we ended up going there both evenings. The only downside was the aircon must have been on the roof and was noisy all night, even though we had ours turned off

Stayed in Key West 4 times now, but the first at the Santa Maria suites. By far and away the best place we stayed. It felt like a home away from home. The staff were so helpful, recommending places and just feeling like friends by the time we left. We were suite 11 and stayed early September for 3 nights. We are 100% going to return

Loved the room, more than enough space and very quiet. Nice amenities and comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Very convenient to Duvall street and southernmost point.

Really enjoyed this stay. It’s a small hotel and feels loved by its owners and people who work there. We had a two bed suite (22) - lounge with sofa bed, kitchen and WC downstairs. Upstairs were two double beds with en-suites. There apartment had a washer and dryer Pool was surprisingly big (bigger than we expected from pics) and there were lots of shady spots around it. They had free slushies all day and free drinks at certain hours. Housekeeping stocked the room with mini icecreams and fresh muffins. Parking was free if I recall. It’s a great spot for Duval Street and lots of cafes nearby for breakfast. The restaurant was closed for a refurb while we were there. Staff were very friendly and the place was extremely clean. The bedrooms were slightly smaller than some US hotels but there’s a lounge and kitchen so overall spacious. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
