Stayed in one of the Lodges - not cheap but totally amazing! The layout of the lodges is amazing - 3 levels including the top deck with panoramic views. We had a bar b q one night and we ate at the ( fabulous) restaurant the other two nights. Had a massage in the spa which was excellent ( book ahead). Already planning our next visit.

We had the best break here, so much so that on our last day we booked again for another stay in February! We travelled with a young toddler and stayed in one of their fabulously new lodges. The staff were so accommodating, organising a baby gate, high chair and cot prior to our arrival so that we could kick back and relax to enjoy our break away. The food at the restaurant was exceptional with fresh seasonal ingredients, and fresh bread and a newspaper delivered daily. My only regret - that we couldn’t stay longer!

The lodges We were met by Caine and Amy with a welcoming smile on arrival at reception. Let me start by saying how amazing our stay at the bells “lodges” was in particular banksia lodge, From the moment you walk in you are met with an opulent setting of the highest of standards, the finishes are extremely divine, the attention to detail is amazing with beautiful timber fixtures complimented by the warmth of travertine throughout Two extra large master suites with huge beds and beautiful quality linen leading to incredible bathrooms with freestanding baths and the tiles and tapware are simply stunning, each of the master suite bathrooms leads out to large private daybeds. There is a fully equipped kitchenette downstairs leading out to the alfresco dining table and high end quality bbq and all met by a magnificent heated pool, with a beautiful integrated water fall and warm ambient lighting at night, there’s also a fully equipped laundry in the lodge if needed. Then after a walk up the grand timber staircase seeing bold lighting fixtures you are met with huge timber trusses that are a statement piece to be seen. The kitchen fit out is amazing with stone, marble and copper and fully equipped with beautiful crockery and stocked with everything that you could possibly want or need. The lounge room is warm and inviting and sitting back and taking it all in with the log fire place and all of the most modern technology that you could ever need, you are amazed at the attention to detail. What a surprise to walk out on to the balcony to then discover a staircase up to a private observation outdoor lounge area with beautiful views over the stunning coastline and looking across the ocean at the northern beaches. It’s truly breathtaking We spent the afternoon by the pool whilst enjoying the complimentary canapés and welcome drinks, one could truly forget where one is in this beautiful setting. It was hard to leave this setting but we were off to dinner at the bells restaurant where we were met by Michael with a warm smile and led to our table overlooking an amazing garden with lush green expansive lawns and gardens. It was a hard decision to choose what to eat as everything sounded scrumptious. We started with fruits der mer, followed by steak tartare which is a performance in itself as Michael prepared it all in front of us and described all the ingredients as it unfolded And it was delicious. It was then onto the main course of wagyu rump cap which was cooked to perfection with sides of green beans and sauté potato’s and as we were so excited to return to the lodge we had a selection of cheeses beautifully prepared and displayed in a hand crafted wooden box to take with us. Also to mention we received a call from Caine while in the lodge on arrival to ask us what newspaper we would like and if we would like a loaf of freshly baked sour dough or focaccia from the bells bakery baked and delivered to our lodge in the morning. We started our second day with

We were visiting friends in the area but wanted our own space as we were there celebrating my 50th Birthday. Our travel agent recommended Bells & we weren’t disappointed at all! It felt total luxury as soon as we stepped into the reception and when we got to our cottage well we were blown away! It was lovely & big with it’s own kitchenette & spa bath ! The package we booked included breakfast & the food was beautiful, fresh & homemade every day. The staff were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble😊. We had the most amazing 6 nights here & can’t recommend it enough !

We stayed for three nights moving from the lake view room to garden room. The service and staff were excellent. The food both dinner and breakfast were tasty. The garden setting delightful . I'm surprised the pool is not heated We had a very cold night on our last night. The heater did not cope. We lit the wood fired heater at 5 am and ended up using the bathroom towels and throw on the bed to get warm. We turned the heat pump up to 30 degrees but as the room had little insulation we never got warm. We reported this and we were told we would not be charged the additional service fee which was far from generous after a sleepless cold night.

Lovely accomodation with all the creature comforts. Lovely large bathroom with deep bath. Gorgeous large private balcony with day bed. Very generous tea supplied, bottles of water and sparking tea complimentary! A $50 voucher to purchase goodies at their lovely in house bakery. The spa was amazing ( best head massage and hair cocoon treatment). Dinner was great. Amazing seafood quality. Nothing really to complain about. Will return. Shout out the front desk, Hank is so helpful.

So much to love at Bells. Every little detail has been meticulously planned. Such a great welcome, a great meal and great accommodation. Despite winter we walked the entire property and the rooms and restaurant were so inviting and warm. Definitely a summer and winter stay option.

Had not been here for some years but it is still fantastic. We stayed 3 nights in a two storey cottage and breakfast was included . We also had dinner in the restaurant. Everything was 5 star including the staff - from reception to dinner and breakfast and the cleaning staff. The gardens are beautiful and we appreciated all the wildlife ( birds, frogs and the odd brush turkey). Lots of things to see and do including bushwalking in the national park and the very pretty Killcare Beach. We will definately plan to return .
