The whole experience from the greeting to checking out was phenomenal. The lodge had breath taking views and the decor was exquisite. Nick (the manager) was exceptional at making you feel like you were at home (a very fancy home), providing assistance in recommendations as well as great conversations during the complimentary happy hour. Both breakfast and dinner were included and every meal we had outdid the previous one. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely stunning property! The concierge helped us plan activities that were incredible! HIGHLY recommend the Koala experience, the Ultimate Penfold's Experience, and the RM Williams Experience (was unexpectedly AWESOME!!). Food was outstanding and the staff was super friendly. Wine selection was exceptional as well.

Perfect stay in a villa for 3 nights. Food and service were absolutely top class. Visited the golf course which is truly amazing and had a tour of the holes with the professional and practiced our putting on the practice green. Will certainly visit agin.

Incredible architecture and gourmet experience, even if you're not a golfer it's not to be missed. The lodge staff was excellent and attentive the food was amazing. Being a week day we had the entire golf course to ourselves which was a real treat. If i could rate this 6 stars I would. We will be back.

We had a lovely visit. The architecture and views are second to none. The staff were very hospitable and the food was great. This was a top 10 experience for us. I’d highly recommend. The villa we stayed in was private, well apportioned and have incredible views.

If you are looking for luxury accommodation in the Waikato region, look no further. Kinloch Manor and Villas are the stand-out premium accommodation in the region and a list topper nation-wide. Award winning architecture, World-class facilities with one of NZs best golf courses, This is a must for any premium corporate function or luxury get-away. I cannot recommend the team and the venue enough at Kinloch, truly another level of hospitality. Thanks from the Sentinel homes Counties team!

Amazing accommodation, 3rd time staying now. Food was incredible as always. Accommodation was super warm - awesome having the ability to put the fire on. Golf was incredible - staff were accommodation, easy to deal with and made the stay epic

Posting my letter to John Sax the owner which received no response from anyone at the company. Decided for yourself. No staff and no other guests made for a very bazaar experience at this resort. Hello John, My wife and I had a stay at your property in Kinloch last week. Both front desk attendant as well as the chef were very kind and accommodating. However, I must let you know that having no staff beyond the two of them was quite a surprise for such a property with luxury aspirations. We were left to load and unload our luggage from our car to the room ourselves, did not receive any turndown service our first evening and our room was never restocked with even water after our check in. While your property was breath taking in location and view and the structures and rooms are quite beautiful, it was not particularly clean, the service fell well short of our expectation or our experience in similar resorts with your price and positioning. Having the person who checks you in and out of the resort be the same person tending the bar and clearing dishes is awkward for the guest and reflects poorly on the owner for understaffing and not taking proper measures for a positive guest experience. I hope you accept our comments in the spirit of transparency and accountability. Regards,
