This was my third visit. This hotel during the low season is brilliant. Not busy and great prices but a bit of a gamble with the weather. Very natural surroundings - hope you like geckos!

I recently stayed at Koh Yao Yai Village for 3 days and overall had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was a real highlight – a wide variety of delicious options, fresh ingredients, and something new to enjoy each morning. Whether you’re into Western-style breakfasts or local Thai dishes, there’s plenty to choose from.
The pool is absolutely amazing – spacious, clean, and with stunning views that make it perfect for relaxing during the day. Definitely a standout feature of the resort!
However, during our stay, there were ongoing renovations, which brought some noise during the day. If you’re planning to spend time in your room during the daytime, be aware that it might not be completely quiet.
Despite that, the overall atmosphere, service, and facilities made it a memorable and relaxing getaway. I’d still recommend it, especially if you’re out exploring during the day.

My wife and I stayed there for five nights we loved it. We can’t wait to go back. We highly recommend it. The staff was amazing. The food was great !

Lovely hotel on a very relaxing island! The room was nice and clean with everything you needed.
The pool and bar was nice and relaxing, with the beach right next door too. All the staff were very friendly and helpful, happy to drive you around in the gold carts to get you around the complex.
The food at breakfast was good, for dinner it is ok but there are other restaurants on the island which have nicer food. If you can drive a bike you can explore easily. If not, then the hotel can help you get a taxi but you need an idea of where to go first.

This place is the best in have a city escape. Bungalows are very private and beautiful, gives you feeling like at home . Staff is friendly and welcoming. Good food and amazing views around makes this place super special and quiet.

Really nice place perfect location
Too bad of the bed bugs. Bed was not clean and we both were covered with bites. Such a shame as the place would be almost perfect.
